Wonderful place on the lake with a great host. Janice was very responsive, offered an early check-in and set up a baby gate. Great place for dogs and kids.

My time at Maggies’s home was rainy and overcast. However, the home was warm and comfortable. All was , as it was stated upon booking. Maggie was responsive to my communications. The Berkshires and MASSMOCA are pretty wonderful. So was our stay.

This was our 2nd time stay at Delia’s place. Everything was as described and clean. Great spot and will stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this perfect home! The host was very responsive and friendly, the house was comfortable and clean, and the area was very interesting with places to walk and explore. Sher had some really thoughtful amenities - built-in nightlights around the house, an extra toothbrush (my son forgot to pack one so this was really handy), shampoo and soap, and plenty of games. There were plenty of spaces for us to gather as a family with enough space to spread out and relax. The porch has a spectacular view and the covered patio is a great option to get out of the sun. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots, dishes, and utensils - which was great since I was cooking Easter dinner. Beds and pillows were comfy. And the shower was luxurious! We would love to come back again - Stillwater looks like a fun place to be in the summer!

This place was exactly as described and perfect for us and, especially, our dog. It was great to feel that she was as welcomed as we were. The garden was perfect (long and fully enclosed) for Zoe to run around and chase her ball. The house was clean and comfortable. We got a little confused by the Monday parking rules, but that was no fault of Anthony and we appreciated getting the heads up. Communication in general was clear. We will definitely book here again if we ever need to pass through Albany. Highly recommended, especially to visitors with dogs.

We had a wonderful stay at Brenda’s home during Christmas week. Me, my mom and Scarlett the dog visited Troy to see my brother and his wife. We felt at home in Brenda’s home. It was comfy and cozy. So many thoughtful amenities were left for us. There was no shortage of blankets and pillows which was great being it was freezing outside. The neighbors were friendly and her husband showed up to shovel snow and put down salt. The house was immaculate. As people who own a cleaning service this was very important to us. The house was on a dead and street so it was quiet. The location was great and we were able to get to all areas of Troy by car easily. We will definitely be back. Thank you 😊

Our stay was short, but had a good one. The home is comfortable and spacious. Great for families, just be mindful that master suite is in basement with steep, cramped stairs for anyone with mobility issues. Other than that the place is as pictured, beds and pillows were comfortable and clean. We didn't have a chance to use it but sunroom and back yard looked lovely.

We had a lovely stay in MA. We weren’t in the Airbnb much but the time that we did spend was quiet and peaceful. Blown away by the communication and responsiveness of the host. I left an earring behind and the host reached out to me a day after we checked out, and mailed it to me immediately. Super grateful for such a helpful host and a wonderful experience in the mountains!!

This house was so much fun! Awesome river access, a clean pool, fun things to do in the house. Nice and open spaces so everyone felt included at all times. The host was super helpful and friendly! 10/10 recommend

Our stay at Barry and Alisha’s place was absolutely amazing! The house is spacious, beautiful, and full of character, with thoughtful details that made it truly special—especially the room with the hidden entry, which was such a fun touch. The property itself is incredible, with the biggest lot we’ve ever seen and private trails that are perfect for relaxing walks. It’s a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, and we left feeling refreshed and recharged. Barry and Alisha were wonderful hosts, and their attention to detail made our stay even better. We had an unforgettable time and would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat. Can’t wait to come back!

Stayed at the place with wife and our toddler daughter and we enjoyed our stay! The place in a quiet beautiful setting. I would recommend the place to anyone looking for a quiet getaway and beautiful scenery.

Joe’s place was perfect for attending a family event in the capital district. Our event was at SPAC. There is plenty of space for enjoying family together time. The fenced-in back yard was ideal for playing yard games and visiting dogs. All the kitchen appliances were modern technology. The bedrooms were good sized, and the bathrooms were well located. The neighborhood was very family friendly, great for early morning walks. We would stay again for a family event in the area.

We stayed here for a yoga festival at Jiminy Peak and couldn’t have asked for a better location—just minutes away and super convenient! The space was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. Great value for the price—would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay. Private, comfortable, and quiet. And also a fairly quick and easy drive to Latham, Colonie, and all the other Albany area locations.

Pulling into the driveway we knew this was a special Oasis. The grand pine trees lining the drive and yard were stunning. Then.. the Gardens. My how beautiful! We watched a new bird family spread their wings for the first time... butterflies visited wherever we were in the garden, yard and pool... The pups enjoyed every moment of the deck, house and incredible yard! And.. the Pool! A huge hit for all! Warm and beautiful.. birds singing everywhere. We had a fire in the main living room every morning and a fire pit fire at night outside on the lovely large deck. Our family of 8 adults, one infant, and several dogs could not have had a better family vacation. Denise and Eugene were very responsive! We had a few small issues that were resolved very quickly by their neighbor Allison and her husband who helps out Denise and Eugene and is very friendly! We enjoyed a game of mini golf with ice cream to follow nearby.. as well as a great lunch at the local Mexican restaurant.. a favorite now for sure!... Norte Azul Cantina.. just a few minutes from the house! We walked the serene neighborhood and enjoyed the wildlife (saw deer!).. and a butterfly hitched a ride on my granddaughter's stroller! .. gorgeous mountains, meadows, ponds... and friendly neighbors:) Thank you Denise and Eugene for an amazing stay. We will certainly be returning!!

Incredible Airbnb. You can walk everywhere in Troy from here and have a great view of the River. I stayed here for a full month and couldn’t ask for a better spot. Baptiste was very responsive and gave great recommendations all around the city!

House was spacious which was nice for our large family. We didnt feel on top of each other. Guests should be aware that while there is off street parking - the driveway between houses is tiny. Our minivan had three inches of clearance on either side. Host was very responsive.

Spacious lower unit that is very well-suited for short or long term stays and remote workers with a car. Great television, reliable and fast internet, and a well-stocked kitchen. One can tell the hosts put thought into the home’s design and furnishings, which are economical but stylish enough. Two caveats: 1) the unit is open concept, so it cannot get very warm in frigidly cold weather; if the temp will only reach 20 degrees F or below while you visit, the unit would not be suitable for anyone who runs cold easily. 2) Troy’s hills are steep enough that this place, which has a fairly nice view of nature and Watervliet, is not within a reasonable walk of downtown Troy, RPI, or any commercial centers. It’s very convenient for people like me who needed to commute to Albany and other locations throughout the Capital District, but for those wanting to experience Troy and hoping to limit driving, other locations might be preferable for you.

Our stay was lovely, Alissa’s place had everything we were looking for. Remote but not too remote with beautiful views, quiet, clean and cozy. And Alissa was very responsive and easy to work with - we would definitely stay here again!

Renee was always responsive when we messaged. The Airbnb was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. Check in was so easy! At the end all Renee asked of us is to take the trash out which was super easy. I would definitely recommend this place. It is an especially good location for people who are attending a wedding at Bloom Meadows which is about 2 minutes away.

The space was extremely comfortable and charmingly decorated. Great AC. Not far from SUNY or the Capital. There are two soul food restaurants within walking distance "Suga Foot" (a little pricey ,good food, fun ambience) and "Hatties" (which is a legend in the area, but was under renovation when we were there). Diana is on point with clear instructions and extremely responsive during our stay. Our stay was very comfortable.

This was my 2nd time staying here and it was just as great! This time it was during the winter when I really needed to rely on the woodstove for heat. That stove gets cranking after a good layer of hot coals are established. I have to say, though, the only thing I would love to see is a damper/flue on the stove. Without those them it causes a lot of smoke to come out into the cabin when adding wood/tending to the fire. I feel it would help control the level of heat and smoke that much better. Everything else was absolutely perfect. I can’t wait for my 3rd stay.

Very unique space! If you want a peaceful retreat deep into the woods in seclusion, this is the place for you! The house is so different and interesting. Little quirks and thoughtful touches all around. Fun to explore. The surrounding area is beautiful, we found some great creeks to play in. Visiting “The Tubs” was our favorite part and only 4 minute drive from the house! This was some of the most beautiful nature we’ve ever experienced. Although the house is only 18 minutes to town, it feels very secluded and isolated. A dose of nature - saw some deers, wild turkey and so many fireflies! Beds comfortable and plenty of extra blankets and towels.
