Lake house holiday rentals in Rend Lake

My family had a great time at Anthony's place. It was very clean and well stocked. We loved using the kayaks and sitting out on the deck in the evening. The lights on the deck and the coffee bar were really nice. Will definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

Indoor pool was great! Travel size shampoo and conditioner were provided in all bathrooms, as well as plenty of towels. Nice house right on the lake!

JR was quick to respond and friendly. We went there for a fishing trip and it did not disappoint. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of space for the 4 of us. Could easily do 6 people. The porch swing was really comfortable sitting on at night enjoying lake life. The covered pier was awesome! Electric to plug in our boats, lighted and a nice little fish cleaning station. It was a great deal and we hope to go back again soon!!

Very comfortable with plenty of room for six guests. The home was located right on the water and had a boat slip for our fishing boat. It was the perfect place for our fishing a trip!

We enjoyed our stay. Very peaceful and we especially liked the large back deck. Seeing the deer and wild turkey's were an added bonus. Definitely would stay here again!

What a beautiful space! We had a great stay. The kids got to fish, the doggie got to swim and we all played bags. This was the perfect location for our summer kick off. We hiked Mil Branch Trail and Gardens of the gods. The drive to both weren't terrible from the cabin. We'd definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at this location! Kris was an awesome host-super responsive to any question or need that came about. We have stayed at several locations on Lake of Egypt and we would definitely stay here again. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean and homey. However, a couple important things to note for potential renters: 1) steps leading down to the dock are narrow and steep. Would not recommend this for anyone with balance/joint issues. 2) Water off of the dock is shallow. We were able to get our pontoon in/out without issues, however caution is needed with swimming.

Our group had a wonderful time! Great location with approximately 15-30 minutes to most nearby attractions including Little Grand Canyon Trail and Alto Pass Vineyard. The house appeared well kept and accommodated our group perfectly. The back deck was peaceful. Ashley responded promptly to all of my messages and was very nice and professional. We hope to return in the future!

This house was perfect for our group of six for a girls wknd getaway! Host was easy to communicate with & also let us check in early which was a huge plus, in addition to the complimentary coffee! We hope to return in the future. Thank you!

The screened porch made our experience really nice. I was with my 3 year old granddaughter who is very allergic to mosquitos. It was just perfect that she could play outside with no worries.

We've stayed at several places on Lake of Egypt and this was one of the best! Very spacious, great location, very well stocked! Some Airbnbs don't provide enough of the basics like toilet paper, but this home was very well stocked with more than we could have hoped for (even body wash, shampoo and conditioner, if needed). Great view and easy access by car or boat.

Perfect accommodations for a family get together. Beautiful lake views. We only had an issue with parking. We all came from different places so we each had a car. As well as family that lived in the area so they drove in to visit daily. The house only fits 4 cars in the driveway. The extra parking the host provides is an 11 minute drive (22 round trip) I spent a lot of time shuttling family back and forth.

Tim’s place is peaceful and a reasonable distance from Kinkaid Lake. We enjoyed the quiet surroundings and amenities provided.

This is a very special place! It is a remarkable home in a beautiful place. It's a small town but some good shops all within walking distance.

We were four guys on a fishing trip, and Kathy's place was more than we needed and was much more than we expected. Very comfortable, maintained well. If your looking to relax in a quiet beautiful area, this fits the bill. Rooms very comfortable, more than enough bathrooms. Kathy provided some extra touches that we very considerate.

Rebecca was an amazing host to work with! She was very accommodating and responded promptly to all messages! The property was cozy and had enough space for everyone. The sunsets were beautiful!!!

Easy to write a positive review about Shelley's place. Was good size for two people, yet not too small. Kitchen was modern and easy to use, complete with any "tools" that were needed to make life comfortable. Quiet neighborhood, but with plenty of birdsong and, amazingly, even occasional deer wandering past! Off-street parking was good. Overall, we don't want to make this sound as great as it was because we hope to return (Joke). Shelly herself was very kind and so helpful and reachable. Highly recommend!

Our stay here was very comfortable and warm cause we were there during the recent ice storm!House never lost power when most areas around were in power outage. Very peaceful neighborhood with friendly neighbors. All the comforts like being at home. Cynde's communication with any needs that we had were quickly responded to. Will definitely look to stay here in future trips to area. The host we also very proactive with the dangerous weather that came thru during our stay to make sure that we were fine through out the storm and after. Also we left a few items which were returned to us by mail promptly.
