Fully equipped apartment (105 m²) with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, large salon, conservatory, terrace and garden seating. Estate in a quiet, park-like atmosphere with old trees. Private parking. Good bus and train connections! Beach pool only 12 minutes walk away, hiking and cycling trails around Lake Wörthersee, many excursions and attractions (Minimundus, etc.) nearby, 7 km from the center Klagenfurt and 3 km from the Alpen-Adria-Universität.

The 1st floor apartment can be reached via an outside staircase. Not accessible. 45m² on 2 levels - the living room with cozy seating area, kitchenette with dishwasher, 2 hotplates and mini oven, kettle. One large bedroom with double bed and possibility to set up a cot or folding bed. The loft bed above the living room is the favorite place for children from about 4 years. Washing machine in the bathroom 2024 Minimum stay 1 week
