The large window front provides plenty of light and offers a magnificent view of the plateau. The covered balcony invites you to indulge and linger. After an extensive mountain hike or a ski tour, you can enjoy a soothing break in the swimming pool or sauna.

Herzlich willkommen in unserer 73 qm großen, gemütlichen Ferienwohnung mit Südost-Balkon im Chiemgau! Sie liegt in Niedernfels, einem ruhigen Ortsteil von Marquartstein. Ins Ortszentrum sind es ca. 1,5 km, zum kleinen Badesee bei Grassau 3 km, zum Chiemsee rund 15 km. Direkt hinterm Haus beginnen zahlreiche Wanderwege. Der Chiemgau ist aber auch ein Paradies für Radtouren. Familien lockt der nahe Märchenpark zu einem Besuch.

Our very spacious apartment of about 90 m² is located on the 2nd floor of our house, in the fabulously beautiful area south of Lake Chiemsee. Surrounded by nature and our mountains, we are pleased to welcome big and small guests to our home.
