Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Our accommodation is located between Lake Chiemsee and the Alps, Salzburg and Munich. You can explore Lake Chiemsee, the mountains and the adjacent nature reserve, as well as the large golf course nearby via wonderful cycling and hiking trails. Good bus and train connections. Herzlich willkommen in unserer 73 qm großen, gemütlichen Ferienwohnung mit Südost-Balkon im Chiemgau! Sie liegt in Niedernfels, einem ruhigen Ortsteil von Marquartstein. Ins Ortszentrum sind es ca. 1,5 km, zum kleinen Badesee bei Grassau 3 km, zum Chiemsee rund 15 km. Direkt hinterm Haus beginnen zahlreiche Wanderwege. Der Chiemgau ist aber auch ein Paradies für Radtouren. Familien lockt der nahe Märchenpark zu einem Besuch.

Dear active vacationers, take note! The apartment is located directly in the vacation area. The apartment doesn't have a washing machine yet. Guests who want to stay 7 days or more in the apartment are offered a one-time free laundry service. Golfers walk 3 minutes to the driving range and a total of 5 minutes to tee 1. Cyclists are right on the bike paths. Skiers drive 20 minutes to the Hochkössen ski resort.

The apartment has a large living and dining room, a separate kitchen, a beautiful bedroom overlooking the mountains and a bright, spacious bathroom with tub. The spacious corner balcony with mountain views is suitable for extended breakfasts and dinners.

In the middle of a meadow with orchards, our vacation home is in a secluded location. The old part from the 16th century was formerly used as a granary. The large terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests. Garden furniture, deck chairs and a grill are provided.
