I had an amazing experience staying here while attending Elrow Town Festival at Iren Green Park. The location was super convenient—just a 20-30 minute walk to the festival, which made getting around really easy. But what truly made this stay special was the incredible hospitality from our host. When our train was unexpectedly cancelled due to a strike, she went above and beyond to help us navigate the situation. Not only did she help us figure out alternative options, but her husband also kindly picked us up from the station and even gave us a little tour of the area. Their kindness and willingness to help truly made us feel at home. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. I can’t recommend this place enough—thank you again for such a welcoming and memorable stay!

Federico, Andrea and his wife were very kind, helpful people and immediately put us at ease. The apartment, clean, tidy and complete with everything we could need, we really appreciated it: close to the center, with a garage and a balcony., in a quiet area. Our stay was pleasant and we felt truly at home. We are very satisfied with everything we had and the welcome of our hosts, attentive and very helpful. The house was absolutely perfect — comfortable, clean, and exactly as described. Patrizia was a wonderful host: kind, helpful, and always available when we needed anything. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Renal's house is a splendid attic in a small building in the center of Reggio Emilia, in the pedestrian area but with two convenient parking lots very close by. The area is well served and full of everything: shops, supermarkets, ice cream parlors. Everything in the house was perfect as in the photos: tidiness, cleanliness, comfort. The Wi-Fi connection I used for work was excellent, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Andrea always provided clear and timely information, useful answers in a very short time and valid advice. All in an extremely kind and welcoming way. I have rarely met people as welcoming as Andrea. We'll definitely be back, thanks for everything.

Luca's maximum availability; we spent a nice, very quiet and relaxing week in the historic center; the air conditioning (double split) in these hot days was of great help; the welcome was excellent even if the train arrived late in the evening; the kitchen is very well equipped as well as the bathrooms; when I go to Reggio it is my favorite accommodation.

Comfortable and clean apartment near downtown

Perfect accommodation, exactly what we were looking for- very quiet and the patio garden is a delight.

I can only say that we had a great time, the house is very well furnished, bright and even though it is on the street I would say it is quiet. There is everything you need to cook, very well equipped and we really appreciated the breakfast we found on our arrival. The house is very close to the center in a quiet area and then the cherry on top is the perfect garage. The sofa bed is very comfortable. Clean and fragrant linen. Maurizio responded to every single question in a kind and present manner. It's very easy to find the house, the keys, etc. In short, I highly recommend it, and this time I hit the jackpot and chose the best. We will definitely be back, thanks

The accommodation in which we were hosted was in a central, convenient area, corresponding to the photos and descriptions. Clean and tidy place. Fabio proved to be extremely helpful, always responding in a timely manner and providing very useful advice. I'd come back here without a doubt.

I was blown away when I entered Simona’s place: it is enormous (far bigger than you would have thought from the pictures only), in an excellent location, very comfortable and has everything you could ask for. Everything was perfect, from the beds to how good the place smelled! Simona was also a great host, very responsive, had very good suggestions and provided lots of amenities, even some snacks and drinks. If I am ever back in Modena I would most definitely choose to stay here again.

Our stay was quite pleasant. The location was great and easy to walk to from the train station. There were constructions happening on the main streets around the flat which caused some inconvenience but wasn’t too bad. Our only complaint is that the blanket bedding was uncomfortable, thin, and felt like a plastic throw. We mentioned it to the host and hopefully they will improve for future tenants. Overall we liked staying there!!

Very cozy and original accommodation! We felt comfortable and welcome from the beginning, especially through the friendly encounter with Dominique. Surroundings is perfect for nature lovers. You can take beautiful e-bike tours and stock up on groceries in the nearby village or visit the restaurants and bars.

This is not my first time as a guest of Roberta and I always feel good and I confirm everything I have said in previous stays. Hospitality, availability at any time, very clean and super equipped accommodation with everything, including air conditioning.

Emanuele's apartment was just what my family and I needed. Central, walkable to all Modena restaurants, and comfortable. Easy location. Emanuele was extremely helpful and responsive (especially when we accidentally locked ourselves out). Great place to stay!

We stayed as a family in Andrea's beautiful place to stay - a couple with baby, a couple without a child and a grandparent couple, so 6 adults. We had more than enough space and were received very warmly. Apartment, garden and pool were great and we were able to relax well. We particularly enjoyed the oversized table where we always ate. The view is amazing and everything was absolutely clean and well maintained. We experienced Andrea and Alina as very warm and accommodating. We would come back.

Delightful village, relaxing with a swimming pool and garden. Well-kept and tastefully renovated house, offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. Spaces also suitable for children. Well-organized kitchen with everything you need, new bathroom. Very kind host welcomed us warmly and provided a lot of information about the surroundings.

We had some great days there. Breakfast and dinner at Casa Turchetti were great! The place is worth a trip to enjoy a few days of relaxation and tranquility. Always happy to come back!

Everything was perfect. Unfortunately, our stay was short, but we felt right at home! The apartment was complete with every comfort and furnished with care, perfect for me and my boyfriend who wanted to do a day of smart working in a quiet setting and in the middle of nature. We loved everything there! Ivana, Alan and the people in the village were just welcoming and open minded. We slept in the comfortable apartment on the ground floor. The apartement contains everything you need, has several sleeping arrangements and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. All was clean and comfortable. The view up to the castle is calming and a good reason for a short walk. Ivana knows a lot about the area, the history of Lunigiana and answers all your questions gladly. Breakfast and dinner is local, handmade and really tasty in a cosy atmospere. If you are looking for a place to calm down, feel welcome and enjoy nature its a perfect place we can fully recommed (dogs are also welcome).
