Ivano is a wonderful person - well-read, intelligent and full of life experience, which he shares with warmth and modesty. He really gave everything so that we – my family, our children and even our dog – are completely happy. He was there in every situation, with action, a smile or loving gestures. Our children were absolutely thrilled, and even our dog immediately felt at home. A beautiful, spacious garden with berry bushes, trees and countless loving details. You can feel how much love for nature and mindfulness is in every corner. It is a place of peace and beauty that you don't want to leave. I would write a lot more if it were possible here. An excellent location within walking distance of Parma’s many attractions and restaurants. Apartment was spotlessly clean and beautifully designed and decorated. It was as described and shown in the photos. Tonin was an excellent host, communicated well, met us on arrival and responded almost immediately in person to a query regarding the electrics. The apartment could be somewhat noisy at night from street noise. Tobin’s apartment was an excellent place to stay.

Comfortable and clean apartment near downtown

The stay in this accommodation was truly impeccable! The house was exactly as described: attention to detail and equipped with all the necessary comforts to feel at home. The location was in a quiet area and a short walk from the historic center, ideal for exploring the city without stress. The host was available, kind and attentive to every need. He provided very useful information on restaurants and public transport, always being present but never intrusive. The attention to small details was also very much appreciated: there was something to eat for breakfast, coffee capsules... I would recommend this accommodation without hesitation to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-organized experience.

Giovanni's apartment was ideal for our short stay in Parma. I particularly liked the two independent bedrooms, each with its own air conditioning. We really liked the apartment.

Federico was absolutely friendly, professional, and responsive. The apartment matches the description, of great taste and elegance, attention to detail, beautiful decor, design but also functional. Very warm and welcoming atmosphere. The palace is of fine finish, practical for parking and to reach the historic center. Highly recommended for any type of stay in beautiful Parma. If I come back here, it will be my first choice. Top!!!

We enjoyed our stay very much, everything worked out well. The apartment was inviting and clean, the communication with Martina very nice. Parma is a great city!In fact, the street in front of the apartment can be heard very clearly inside, but that did not bother us. The private parking behind the house is great.

The apartment is well renovated, clean and functional. We stayed in 5, one night only to attend an event held in the area and it perfectly met our needs. Manolo lives in the same building and is available if needed.

Mario is a great host! He was extremely friendly and helpful giving us great advice about restaurants and places of interest in the area. The listing is cosy and spacious, we had our 10 month daughter with us ans she loved it there. A great vacation made better by a great host !

Everything was perfect. Unfortunately, our stay was short, but we felt right at home! The apartment was complete with every comfort and furnished with care, perfect for me and my boyfriend who wanted to do a day of smart working in a quiet setting and in the middle of nature. Delightful village, relaxing with a swimming pool and garden. Well-kept and tastefully renovated house, offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. Spaces also suitable for children. Well-organized kitchen with everything you need, new bathroom. Very kind host welcomed us warmly and provided a lot of information about the surroundings.
