We got in to town late but were able to let ourselves in via David’s instructions, and the house looked exactly like all the pictures. One thing that drew us to this Airbnb was the amount of activities to do at the house and the baby/toddler amenities— the kids (10, 4, 1) were never bored, and when we couldn’t go to the beach they enjoyed the pool or played arcade games. Something I didn’t expect was the amount of beach supplies available, including children’s sand toys. They all came in quite handy! There was a desk available to work remotely, and the kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, etc for cooking and the grill was easy to use as well. Everything was perfect and picturesque! One thing that put a damper on our trip was the neighbor backed into one of our cars & left, so we had to file a hit and run report with the police— David went above and beyond to assist us and was able to get video footage from the neighbors showing the car that backed into us! 10/10 Highly recommend

The house is very nice, everything was very clean. We appreciate being able to check in earlier. It’s a very quiet, comfortable, and safe space. We would definitely come back.

House was super cute. The hosts thought of everything and had everything labeled as well as a guide book. Everything was clean. The only thing I would say was inconvenient was that we had to clean the pool frequently because of the foliage. A pool guy was supposed to come but we never saw anyone come clean the pool. That’s just a minor thing though and overall we loved our stay and would stay again!

Great location within a short walk to beach and IRB restaurants. Home was clean with new finishes. Worked great for our family of five for the long weekend. Beach chairs and wagon made beaching very easy. Jay was informative, easy to work with, and responsive.

We had a great stay! Everything we wanted to do was within driving range. The house had everything we needed to hang by the pool and beach. The restaurant recommendations did not disappoint. Krystyna was extremely friendly and very responsive. I highly recommend this house and we will definitely return.

We absolutely LOVED the house! Cozy, inviting, CLEAN! Everything you can ask for! From the moment you walk in, it feels like home. The house is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The backyard is a dream! Our kiddo loved it and so did we! I would recommend this place to anyone! It is definitely worth it! We hope to return next year!

We had a great stay at Eric’s home. Eric was highly responsive and helpful throughout our trip. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. We took the golf cart to the beach daily. The ride is just a few minutes, and we found the process easy even with two small kids. The house is stocked with pool toys, beach chairs, etc. We had a fabulous time and would definitely consider renting again.

It was incredibly spacious and comfortably accommodated our group of five, with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The location was perfect—just one block from public beach access, making it super convenient to enjoy the shore. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would definitely book again! Highly recommend.

This home was beautifully updated with great amenities. The backyard and the pool area were an exceptional treat. Everything down to the backyard evening lighting for nice ambiance to the big clean pool and accessories.; very thoughtful. We felt right at home. Zachary was an excellent host.

This is a beautiful high end property. All of the finishes and appliances are beautiful and well maintained. The kitchen is very well stocked down to spices in the spice cabinet. There is a game room with an entrance from the garage that is not mentioned in the listing, but was really fun and a great place for dog kennels. There were bikes and a kayak available for use and all of the beach equipment and towels were in great condition. Great location in walking distance to several good restaurants, and only a few minutes walk to the beach or the bay. We would definitely rent here again.

I was extremely impressed with David’s home. He had a welcome book with instructions and local recommendations. His house was immaculate and well maintained. He even had chairs and umbrella for the beach! I felt right at home. Thank you David! You go above and beyond to make your guest feel at home and it is noted!! I will definitely book with you again!

Beautiful, thoughtfully designed and kitted house right next to the incredible Indian Rocks Beach. The place had everything you need to make for an incredible beach stay, with a fun pool area with plenty of seating and shade. Jess was extremely helpful and very responsive. Would have loved to stay there longer! I would highly recommend for others.

The Best Airbnb Stay We’ve Ever Had! I truly can’t say enough good things about our stay at Steven and Nicole’s beautiful home in Seminole. From the moment we booked, they were incredibly thoughtful, responsive, and kind. The communication was seamless, the instructions were clear, and their warmth was felt in every interaction. The home itself? Absolute perfection. It was immaculate, smelled so amazing the moment we walked in (I have since ordered the same diffusers for my home it smelled that great!!) and was stocked with every amenity imaginable — from fresh linens and full-sized toiletries to beach chairs, towels, and even a wagon for the beach. Every little detail had been thought through with care. It felt like we were walking into a boutique coastal retreat, not just a rental. The location was also perfect, close to everything we needed while still feeling private and relaxing.I’ve already told my parents this is where they need to stay when they visit! 10 stars!! My boyfriend and I booked this place for a quick vacation in Florida, and it was perfect for what we were looking for. We wanted to be close to the beach with walkable spots nearby, and that’s exactly what we got! You really can’t beat the location of Sal’s home - just a two-minute walk to the beach. We loved having beach chairs, towels, and a cooler provided; it made our beach days super easy. Sal was very responsive, kind, and helpful with anything we needed. We definitely recommend staying here!

Our family was truly comfortable and enjoyed staying here immensely. The view and access to the beach were perfect, the towels were soft, the necessities like toilet paper and trash bags were plentiful and the kitchen was well-stocked.

We loved staying at Iriny’s place! The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see and do. The house very well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. So many fun extras, there wasn’t enough time to take advantage of everything. We hope we have the opportunity to stay again sometime.

Walk to the beach was lovely. The home was so well equipped and very comfortable for our family. We loved hanging out in the back area as well as using the kayaks. The garage 'playroom' was very entertaining. It was our first time in Indian Rocks and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend this home
