We are a short drive/walk from Church Street, the waterfront, UVM Campus, and Champlain College. We have multiple grocery stores within a half mile radius and I-89 is easily accessible. Our apartment has ample privacy and your own quiet outdoor space, enclosed by cedars. The space includes cathedral ceilings and is a great setting to enjoy a relaxing vacation or business trip.

On the 2nd floor of our duplex with a private entrance and deck via exterior stairs. Truly unique property with fenced in yard space and 3 season cabin. Off-street parking for up to 3 cars or a truck pulling a boat for lake enthusiasts! Just a few mins walk to the beach or breweries and a 5 min drive to downtown!

We are half a block from Battery Park, with live, open-air concerts on Thursday evenings during summer. You'll have the apartment to yourself.

Nice two bedrooms apartment

Leo was very responsive. Place is exactly as pictured. Kitchen has 2 mini fridges which still gets the job done for a short stay. Location was amazing! A couple minutes of a walk to the lake, ferry and echo museum. We wanted to book for 2 weeks but he had guests in between but Leo still reached out to try and accommodate to the dates he had available it was just too much to move back and forth with all our belongings. Would definitely book again and recommend. Bummed we couldn’t just stay at his place longer and had to switch places.

Loved this cute spot near the Five Sisters neighborhood of Burlington. Sue was a lovely host, checking in with us about needs and check-in time ahead of our arrival, and offering support during our stay. The space was clean and warm, and Sue offered lots of local tips (places to go, eat, and drink). Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend the spot for others.

I had a wonderful stay in this studio and can't wait to return. It is a very private and quiet location, in a pretty neighborhood, very close to the center of Burlington. The apartment was modern with a nice little kitchen and pristine bathroom. The bed was comfortable with cozy white linens and good pillows. I look forward to returning and appreciate the care the owners have taken in creating a lovely studio in downtown Burlington.

The communication regarding check-in and check- out was very clear- and all accommodations and amenities were as listed. This was a beautiful, well appointed place that with Mac and Anne's friendly welcome made one feel right at home. With a lovely garden setting it felt very serene and a kind of sanctuary, with good privacy even while in the backyard of the main house. The bird's nest aspect has the ladder to the loft, but also they were accommodating for an older guest who was better off not tackling the ladder. The space is clean, very well thought out, comfortable, easy to access and really a terrific spot to feel like you are well treated and relaxed. A few poems on the sunny doorstep or a bit of guitar strums to top off the experience. Many thanks for a great stay.

We stayed at Dave’s place while in Burlington for our son’s move in to his apartment. It was super convenient to UVM and not a bad walk to downtown. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and lovely. The apartment was spotless and very well organized and stocked. The enclosed deck doubles the living area of the place and the outdoor fire pit area has a view of the lake. So nice. Beds were comfy too! I would definitely book again and highly recommend.

Shawn and Vicky's was a perfect landing pad for our weekend exploring Burlington and the surrounding area. Shawn shared some awesome tips when we expressed interest in going on a hike -- we went exactly where he suggested and there was a free bluegrass concert at the summit! We also followed a couple of their breakfast recommendations and they were SPOT on :) Overall, we loved our stay and would totally stay again.
