If you find yourself in St. John and want a beautiful secluded space with a great view, do not hesitate to stay here! The road getting up to it is extremely steep so if that is hard for you, that would be the only issue. Our jeep made the climb up and down no problem, but it was the steepest road I have ever been on! Other than that, the space is perfect for your homebase. I highly recommend Coffee on the porch for sunrise before your adventure of the day. A great clean space that just feels good to be in.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in St. John. Isa was so friendly and welcoming, always offering helpful recommendations and suggestions. She always made sure we had everything we need. Her home is beautiful and was the perfect place to stay on the island. The place was peaceful and her artwork was stunning. We would absolutely come back and stay here again. Thanks Isa!

I’ve stayed at a variety of Airbnb properties in St Thomas and Haagensen House is my favorite for its uniqueness and privacy. The property manager, Harold, met me near the airport to ensure I found my way - I encourage future renters to do the same as nav systems can be spotty on the island. The decor was refreshing and nailed the old town vibe of Charlotte Amalie - I loved the colors and wood details throughout. The entry garden is breathtaking and the expansive patio overlooking the water was such a pleasant surprise - I couldn’t believe it was all mine. The AC in the bedrooms worked well and at night, there was a nice breeze if you kept the doors open in the main space. The hosts are the NICEST people!! I travel with my small dog and finding dog friendly accommodations in STT is very difficult. We were welcomed with open arms. They were so thoughtful, following up to make sure we were settled okay and didn’t need anything. I cannot thank them enough for their hospitality

This place was amazing. It was equipped with everything you need for your beach getaway. The pool was nice. The panoramic views were breathtaking. Plenty of privacy. I would recommend renting a bronco or a jeep while on the island it's very mountainous. especially getting to this house but you won't have any issues finding it. Also they drive in the left side of the road here so stay to the left! We decided to add a day to our stay and the host were quick to respond. lots of wildlife around the area iguana, deer, goats, and chickens. overall this place was well worth the price and we will be back.

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this house. It exceeded our expectations, and the house was in excellent condition. The morning coffee on the patio was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. We loved the secluded location of the house, but it was still just a short drive to the beaches, restaurants, and stores. Baron was an amazing host who even gave us some mango and coconuts from his backyard. The three AC units in the house were a huge plus, and the fully stocked kitchen was a great convenience. We would love to return to the USVI and stay here again. 10/10.

Just wow!!! We’ve been coming to the islands for about 30 years, mostly staying in St. John… but the views from this villa were the best we have ever had! The villa was just extremely practical and homey! The king beds and cold AC helped us to recover from long days of hikes, snorkels, beaches, and shopping! The decor was so nice and we loved the live plants and orchids! We enjoyed the huge tv as we watched the college World Series in the evenings. The breezes through the villa were very relaxing! We will plan to come again! Thanks Michael for being so helpful, attentive, and quick to respond!

This airbnb matched exactly to what I was expecting. It was a nice studio condo with outdoor space, nice pool and gorgeous views. Very close to Cruz Bay. Very happy with our trip.

Absolutely beautiful views! The beds were comfortable and it was stocked with beach towels. There aren’t really any food options within walking distance so would recommend a trip to the grocery store which we did and the kitchen was well stocked. An important note is that during carnival the music does travel all the way up the mountain so it’s still quite loud in the main bedroom but that’s obviously only time of year specific and we had an excellent view of the fireworks!

We really enjoyed our stay! The view from the house is incredible, and the amenities provided basically every possible need. We enjoyed the provided beach chair, beach shade, beach towels, snorkel gear, cooler with ice packs, provided snacks, and more! The kitchen had pretty much any appliance and gadget you could need or want, plus Tupperware for prepping beach snacks and lunch. The location was great just up the hill from groceries and restaurants and a short drive from the national park and beaches. The pool area and view from it were terrific. It has to be one of the better sunset watching spots in the island. When we come back to St. John we would easily consider staying here again.

Maria and Chloe were such great hosts! Their prompt communication and local recommendations were simply the best and made us feel right at home! They went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time and we did! The place was absolutely beautiful with hands down the best views on the island!! If you're looking for a private place to stay with truly million dollar views and taking a dip in your own private pool, don't look any further and book this right away! Absolutely Perfect Stay at Just Peachy! Our stay at Just Peachy in St. John was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views of the mountains and ocean—it truly felt like paradise. The villa itself was immaculate, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Melissa, our host, was phenomenal! She was incredibly responsive, always just a message away, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Whether it was providing great local recommendations, answering any questions we had, or simply ensuring we felt at home, her hospitality was unmatched. Waking up to breathtaking sunrises, lounging on the patio with the cool island breeze, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings made this trip unforgettable. Anna was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely recommend having a rental car because our taxi wanted to charge us more to drive up to the gate to get into the complex and it’s much easier than waiting for a taxi. Bring bug spray if you plan on sitting out on the balcony! Bring laundry detergent if you plan on using the washing machine. The condo was spotless and comfortable. Perfect for a couple night stay for two people! Views from the pool were picturesque!

Amazing place to stay !!

If I could give Kandee's place 10 stars, I would. The photos don't do this place justice. When you open the front door the view is breath taking. Kandee has thought of everything to make your stay so easy. So many beach and pool toys and all the kitchen appliances and cooking spices etc you need. She was incredibly helpful when we had an issue with the lock on the bedroom building and fixed the issue right away. This place is split in to 3 levels, upstairs is living, a separate buidling down a level has bedrooms, then the pool is on the level below. All with amazing views. We watched the sunrise over the bay every morning from the bed, incredible. The photos don't do this place justice. Go ahead and book right away. And don't forget your 4 wheel drive for the drive up to the property and around the island in general.

Nora & Bruce were absolutely exceptional host and hostess. Even before we got there she was always so responsive . Bruce checked us in and made us feel right at home from the start. His hospitality went above and beyond any AirBNB I’ve stayed in. He even dropped us off at the beaches while we were there and showed us around the island. Place was very clean, with beautiful views and excellent walkable location to Cruz Bay with all the restaurants, shopping and bars close by. I would recommend this place to anyone staying on the island. You will not be disappointed and truly have a wonderful experience and time!!

Pictures do it justice! Beautiful views.. relaxing and convenient location. Very quite great for our little family. Was nice to have something private and able to cook meals while eating outside with a gorgeous view

The Villa was lovely with fantastic views and great to have your own pool. Well equipped with all the mod cons and great air con. Dawn was fantastic and gave very clear instructions and pro actively checked in with me prior my arrival. The location is 5 mins drive from the most beutiful bar and restaurant 1748, the restaurant next to that Tropic fusion was good as well with fantastic views as you are literally sitting on the beach or the swings at the bar. It was very much Tom cuise beach bar vibes in the film Cocktail but better. Your only 5 minutes away from the West End Port which takes you to Jost Van D, which i cant reccomend enough, just get the 10am ferry to make the most of the beach bar festivities. You will need to higher a car no matter where you are on the island so location is not a big deal, Nanny Cay is also a great place to go and if you land in beef island do a day in Virgin Gorda straight away. Only negative is the roads are unmade but u get used to it. 100% stay here

Christopher’s place was perfect! 1 min walk to the beach, free beach chairs if you tell them you are staying at Crystal Cove. 2nd bed is behind a curtain in the living room but it’s shown and described in the pictures and was perfect for us. 2 bathrooms made it work! Some seaweed at Sapphire Beach on Tues and Weds but a short drive to Coki and Magens and right by the ferry to St John. Seaweed was cleaned it up by the weekend so we stayed local the last couple days. All in all a wonderful stay! Thanks Chris!

This is an incredible place for an incredible price! The view and the outdoor space alone really made the trip special! This place is in a great quiet location to explore the national park as well as many of the more under-appreciated beaches. Everything that we could have possibly needed during the trip was provided. Bonny even left us a few gallons of drinking water so that we had some when we arrived. Bonny is an incredible host, answered all of our questions, and provided great recommendations on where to buy food and go out to eat, best places to rent snorkeling gear, as well as things to do and see in St. John! The Airbnb is on the smaller side, there are some friendly critters that like to join you, and the power sometimes goes out, however this is a great place for people looking for an affordable place to stay with a spectacular view. You won’t find this value anywhere else on St. John!

Chris was extremely responsive and answered all of our questions. She also gave us local recommendations and had a cooler and beach chairs available for us to take to the local beaches.

We had a wonderful stay in Cruz Bay. The location of the studio was perfect! It is just about a five minute walk from all of the restaurants and the ferry. It was close enough for us to walk to the ferry where the taxis are and grab a ride to any of the beautiful north shore Beaches. Everything was as described. The host even picked us up from the ferry for easy check-in! We would stay here again.

This place was amazing! So peaceful and serene, the beach is a 1 min walk from the from door, private with spectacular views and an absolutely perfectly oeaceful environment. The community was inviting and warm, everyone was genuinely happy that I was there and I felt like famiky with the way I was welcomed and recieved. The unit itself was perfect with a spectacular kitchen, AC, and private bedroom with ample sleeping for 4. This was a steal at the cost and would use this again if I returned. The pool was not working during my trip but it did not matter as the beach was so inviting. A car is needed to see different parts of the island but there are private picturesque beaches within walking distance. Sunrises and sunsets were astonishing and breathtaking from the bluff above the private beach, a short 10 min hike. The fire pit, was a great place to meet locals and have great conversations along with a family style BBQ to bring it all together really made this place feel like home.

Patrick's place was in an amazing location! Easy walk from the ferry, steps away from Lind Trail (25 min walk to beautiful Honeymoon Beach), 3 minute walk to Mongoose Junction (restaurants, ice cream, shops). Can't beat the location! Patrick was very proactive and gave instructions on how to find the building/ check in. Also gave information for Jeff (building manager) who helped us out so quickly when an iguana made itself comfy in front of the door lol. The apartment was clean and spacious. It was great to have beach chairs and plenty of beach towels - would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location, walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants if you don’t have a car, the only benefit of the car is so you don’t have to walk up the hill lol. Maryanne was extremely flexible , and communicative. Great location, great host , nothing bad to say. Thank you for the stay!
