Está recién remodelado (¡incluso tiene lavavajillas!), limpio, es privado, seguro, cuenta con múltiples estaciones de trabajo para quienes teletrabajan y se encuentra justo al lado del hermoso y animado barrio Lastarria (lleno de bares, tiendas, restaurantes). Cristian fue súper atento y flexible. Si buscas un espacio privado y moderno para trabajar y/o disfrutar, con muchísimas atracciones a las que puedes llegar caminando o en El metro, no busques mas! 5 Estrellas!

The flat was great, with good equipment. Hot and strong water shower. Excellent towels 😀 and good bedding and very comfortable mattresses. Roberto's staff very attentive, answering our questions very quickly. They also suggested tours and were always contacting us to find out if everything was okay. The only village is the area where it is located, although close to the metro and with several supermarkets, there are no good restaurants needing to move us. As it is in a street of great movement, at night it is a little noisy, but by 11:00 pm the flow of cars falls a lot and it didn't bother us to sleep. A tip, in the bakery in front of the building has a very tasty profitelores😋.

Excellent apartment, comfortable with the necessary, I had to be close to the hospital clínico u de Chile, so it is less than 2 min walk, supermarket and ball nearby as businesses and restaurants.

Bernardita was such a great and helpful host. She went over and beyond for us when my wife left her AirPods at the house. She went out of her way to get us the AirPods. She was also very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable during our stay.

The stay at Karina's house was great, the apartment was very nice and clean, the highlight of the apartment is the location, right next to the subway, with everything nearby, really perfect. Everything was very good, spacious bedroom and kitchen, everything was very clean. I would review the shower system and floor of the same, put a little more cutlery and glasses, and update the TV that does not give for more, but everything is perfect, the best value for money.
