Very good accommodation for a family group, comfortable and very complete. Safe parking and easy to get to. Easy access to get around Santiago. the host a seven. I absolutely recommend this accommodation. We were 6, very comfortable and happy.

David’s place is super cozy — it really feels like home! The location in Barrio Italia is amazing, with everything you need just around the corner. It was our first time visiting Santiago for tourism, and staying here made it even more special. David was always kind, helpful, and full of great recommendations. I totally recommend this place and would definitely come back!

Everything's excellent, fully recommended

I stayed for a week, the place was comfortable and clean, we were two people and we each had their privacy. I was able to walk to iconic places in the city from the accommodation, close to the metro too, it felt quiet and at home. Definitely a good place to stay!

Very good space, the apartment is well arranged and its view is amazing, the receptionists are very polite, the garbage disposal system is very simple and the location is close to markets such as Jumbo and Tottus, in addition to being close to the Cerro Blanco station. I would easily stay again.

Everything was very easy and fast, from making the reservation, the directions and the arrival at the place. It's nice and cozy, just as it looks in the photos. I would definitely come back, my stay was short but I felt very comfortable.

If you like cities and the abysmal feeling of a 25th floor! This is a great spot! It has a swimming pool and a gym that I never went into! It's very central and allows you to walk to tourist spots in the city center! The apartment is good! Intuitive and simple! It has a washer with a dryer, that's a big plus! I didn't love the surroundings, but it was my first time in the city, a good spot to explore Santiago de Chile!

We stayed in the apartment for a week and felt at home! We loved the space and everything around it. There is a mini market just below that helps a lot, and there are also restaurants on the street. We think the region is quiet and the neighbors are too. Building employees are super helpful. Thank you Diego and Patricia. You guys are great hosts.

Patricia is nice and attentive. She helped me with parking and keys and everything. Overall a good stay. Sorry my cat sctached the sofa and future guests have to live with it. Patricia handled this issue well and calmly as well.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Alejandra's place in Providencia from the moment I arrived, Alejandra made me feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and perfectly located close to restaurants, public transport, and not far from some of the city’s attractions. What truly stood out was the Alejandra attention to detail and genuine hospitality. She checked in to make sure I was comfortable and even helped me navigate a few things in the apartment to get things working. It felt less like a rental and more like staying with a friend who cares. If you're planning a trip to Santiago Chile, I can't recommend this place enough, Five stars service all around.

Excellent Airbnb, I stayed for almost 1 month, very well equipped apartment for a long stay, with a washing machine and very stable fiber optic internet. Friendly and proactive hosts, respond quickly. 100% recommended.

great apartment, spacious enough, with all the necessary resources available, including a very complete kitchen and washing machine (on the ground floor of the condominium). the space looked better than the glimpsed by the listing. The location is perfect, on the border between the most interesting neighborhoods of the city, with walking access to diverse cultural attractions such as museums, parks, restaurants, bars, cafes. The Valentine host is very attentive, always responding promptly to the demands of guests, coming to help with the tourist schedule. hope I can stay here again when I return to santiago.

Karen was always available, very polite, always responded quickly to our messages, and helped us when we needed it. The entire apartment is very good and the location is excellent if you want to go shopping at the Costanera mall and you have a subway station in front of you where you can go everywhere. The area is quiet and seemed safe even at night Only a few restaurants nearby, only street stalls and they close very early, to be taken into account.
