Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Recoleta

We had a great family stay, the place is as it appears in the photos, it is equipped with everything a family needs. They were flexible with check-in and check-out, communication was excellent. Of course, we'll be back and recommend the accommodation.

The place was awesome, so peaceful and quiet even though it's right in Soho! Martina and Joel were super helpful and gave us tons of great tips. The apartment looked just like the photos, and that patio is a huge plus. Highly recommend it.

We were in Buenos Aires for our son’s wedding and had another son and his wife staying with us. The apartment is the second floor of a grand old house in Belgrano, a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There were places for good breakfast and lunch nearby. We enjoyed the large spotless kitchen and the comfortable tv room. The bed’s are enormous and quite comfortable. Our friends who are from Buenos AIres saw it and asked for the contact information. We highly recommend this apartment, but we are used to city sounds of buses and traffic.

Great place to stay with a large group. It is very conveniently located and easy to get around from. The rooftop is a special treat.

Been staying for 6 months. Long story short: 10/10. It is located inside the block, so you don't have street noises. When there is no construction in a house nearby (I was unlucky, so I had a lot of noise), you won't find a more restful place than here. Safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and cafés. Coble stone streets that slowdown the already little traffic. Extremely beautiful patio and plants. Everything is exactly as in the pictures. Neighbors are incredibly kind too and if you love cats, you will be visited by the neighbor's cat often. What I didn't like too much was the bed as it makes a lot of noises when turning around in it due to the type of frame. Besides that, the place is absolutely beautiful. You will love it. The hosts are the best I ever had, available as quickly as possible, replying within minutes, trying everything to make you feel at home and taking care that you have everything you need. 100% recommendation.

The house is in a quieter area of Palermo, but very close to all the restaurants. We were greeted by Inês, who kindly showed us the house. The house is faithful to the photos, very beautiful, comfortable and well equipped. Perfect for a couple and children! The heating system left the house well heated for the cold days. We felt at home and we would definitely come back.

Our host Candela was so helpful in answering all questions and communicating all the necessary details in advance of our arrival. When we arrived, everything was just as expected, and even better. The house, large and charming and super clean, was equipped to meet all of our needs. The only things we needed to purchase were the foods and drinks for our stay. The back yard was blooming with flowers and well manicured, and was a great spot for young boys to run and play, and for us to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. We enjoyed doing our own Parilla at the outside grill and kitchen. There was more than ample furniture, inside and outside, large tables and many chairs, and large comfortable sofas and beds. The place had a warm and cozy feel, and it felt like home when returning to it, after hours out exploring Buenos Aires. This location in Palermo was fabulous, as you can walk in any direction and find coffee shops, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, markets, etc. very near.

Beautiful studio in Palermo with an unbeatable view. Perfect for a few days in the city. Great restaurants and bars in easy walking distance. Close to the bus tour stop if you are touristing. Angie was responsive and super accommodating.

I was greeted by Marta, who is very loving and always attentive to my needs. Everything is very comfortable and cheerful, it has a beautiful balcony, the sheets are very good quality as well as the pillows and everything is impeccable. The building is very well lit and has a camera. I was arriving late and always felt safe. The neighborhood is charming for walking under its banana trees, full of businesses to buy food, also full of bars and very nice restaurants. Three blocks away is Alto Palermo shopping x if you need any other purchases. I'll be back without hesitation.

Emilio's place is conveniently located in the Palermo neighborhood. Many sites within walking distance, many local shops, several metro stations. The private terrace on the top floor is perfect and well-equipped just like the rest of the apartment.

Guido was very helpful. You woke up early for my check-out. The apartment was excellent, very well located, next to the Recoleta Cemetery and with markets and restaurants nearby. It was cold and the shower was hot enough, but not super hot. The balcony is a delight, great for warmer days.

excellent location: close to all kinds of stores, walkable to parks and other places of interest. safe and quiet place great host. The only thing that could be a problem is a defect in the apartment's floor that caused trips, but I imagine it's because they're old buildings. Nico had no problem allowing a late check out and communication during my stay was very good. many thanks guys!!

The apartment was perfect for our long stay in BA. Its location and amenities were perfect, and the apartment itself was spacious and modern. Lucas was very responsive and helpful whenever we needed him. The only thing to note is that the lovely courtyard outside had mosquitoes, so we could not spend any time out there. Aside from this, it was the perfect long-term stay option for us in BA, and we would happily return.

Airbnb is exactly as advertised. The apartment is safe and clean. The bed linen and towels were also clean and fragrant. The location is central and we walked to the center and Palermo. We don't use the subway or bus because we like to walk. There is a supermarket right in front of the apartment. The hosts gave us good tips on food and currency exchange. The apartment is well lit and pleasant. It has a very charming exterior area. We have no complaints about the accommodation and I would recommend it to my friends.

The apartment is new and is in a very nice place in CABA. It has many restaurants nearby and the center is relatively close as well. I thought it was bigger in the photos.

Everything was very good, very good location and everything was neat. The apartment is well equipped. We'll be back!!

Very good apartment, equipped with everything and very close to everything

Very good accommodation, it was clean and beautiful. The hostess was very kind and answered all our questions instantly. It is a quiet neighborhood and at the same time close to several interesting points of the city. Consider that there are 4 floors without an elevator, so it makes it difficult to move suitcases. I recommend buying toilet paper as the one offered was not of good quality. It had all the other implements for a perfect stay.

Pablo was very kind, punctual and decisive. Upon arrival, the Internet was not working due to an external problem and he took care of solving it. The place offers everything it says and more. He offered us SUBE cards, and all the directions and recommendations for eating and getting to know the city. The location is ideal and the best thing is that it has a garage. We'll be back!
