Beautiful studio in Palermo with an unbeatable view. Perfect for a few days in the city. Great restaurants and bars in easy walking distance. Close to the bus tour stop if you are touristing. Angie was responsive and super accommodating.

Great stay! Very cool loft that was a good home base for our BA exploration.

Great building great location

Ana Maria’s place was exceptional. It was the most lovely apartment, tastefully and simply decorated, fully equipped, in a lovely, peaceful area which was close to all the main sites and with amenities at a stone’s throw. The beds were comfy and the bed linen luxurious. Ana Maria was helpful and quick to respond and the check in was super easy with Ricardo who was very friendly and also proactive to communicate. We also appreciated their flexibility regarding check out. One of the best Airbnb stays we have had. If I could give 6 stars I would. An amazing find!

The apartment is excellent..., large, clean and located in a strategic area that allows you to walk to many tourist spots. We received the check-in instructions on the day of the reservation and everything went well, the instructions were clear and communication with the hosts was super smooth. We highly recommend this space.

Great location and a wonderful apartment! Very comfortable and had everything we needed. The building is very nice, really enjoyed the fitness center and sauna, great view from the roof. Walkable to plenty of bars and restaurants. Very clean shared laundry room in basement. You need tokens and I found the directions to buy them via an app confusing, but the very nice people at the front desk sold me tokens so it worked out perfectly (also need to bring your our own soap). Highly recommend this lovely apartment!

The apartment is impeccable. Sabrina and Gabriel are very friendly hosts, always willing and attentive. The building is very nice and modern, very safe. The area is super practical, it has supermarkets and many shops nearby. The only downside I can think of is that there are many bars and clubs nearby. We stayed from Friday to Monday and on Friday and Saturday the music didn't stop until 5am.

We had a great time in Buenos Aires. Carola was so kind, helpful, and flexible. Place was perfect for the four of us with private space for everyone. And wonderful communal space to enjoy each other and a mate. Location could not have been better. We’ll be back!

Ines’s place is great for a trip to BA with a wonderful location in Palermo, and very private courtyard and beautiful surroundings. Ines was very helpful and we would definitely return!

Excellent accommodation in Palermo!

An absolutely gorgeous house in one of the nicest areas of Buenos Aires. I think the house is even better than described and the photos! Also, Yanina was super responsive, helpful and really kind. Definitely would stay again if I’m back in BA!

A fabulous apartment in an amazing location. Loved the size and space. The best location right in the middle of the action in the area but the unit was super quiet and private. Thank you Oliver.

Our host Candela was so helpful in answering all questions and communicating all the necessary details in advance of our arrival. When we arrived, everything was just as expected, and even better. The house, large and charming and super clean, was equipped to meet all of our needs. The only things we needed to purchase were the foods and drinks for our stay. The back yard was blooming with flowers and well manicured, and was a great spot for young boys to run and play, and for us to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. We enjoyed doing our own Parilla at the outside grill and kitchen. There was more than ample furniture, inside and outside, large tables and many chairs, and large comfortable sofas and beds. The place had a warm and cozy feel, and it felt like home when returning to it, after hours out exploring Buenos Aires. This location in Palermo was fabulous, as you can walk in any direction and find coffee shops, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, markets, etc. very near.

The apartment is as in the photos, the location is excellent, very close to bars and restaurants, clean, organized and spacious apartment. The host helped a lot with the early check-in and also with the possibility of storing our bags at check-out, always responding promptly.

Great place to stay. In a really good neighborhood Palermo Hollywood, in walking distance of a lot of cool places. Also very safe neighborhood, and the 24/7 doorman was great. I would recommend this place!

Carol’s apartment has stood the test of time very well, and you feel like you are transported back Buenos Aries around the time the apartment was built. But, Carol has lovingly tended to many key details of comfort: modern air conditioning, pristine refurbished kitchen, two en suite bathrooms. The apartment is close to the subway, bus, myriad of restaurants, grocery stores, and much more. This is a safe area and the building is always secure. The elevator to the second floor is still operating well and from the last century (very cool!). Carol allowed us flexible arrival and departure time which was very generous of her. Additionally, she arranged to have her driver Alex at our disposal to/from the airport, to/from the port. I can’t wait to return to Buenos Aries and stay here again!

A well situated and modern apartment with all the amenities you could ask for. Very clean, easy check in & the host was super responsive with questions too. Overall, a lovely stay and would highly recommend!

Angel gave great instructions for check in and check out. The building is located in a central location that made it easy to walk to your activity, Sube station, or the store. Washer/ dryer is a great addition and worked well. The Sube card in the apt made it easy to get around the city, we just reloaded it and used it. The only drawback is that the walls are thin and you can hear conversations in the next apt over.

We stayed in several places in Palermo. This is the perfect Airbnb, we stayed a week and had an amazing time. Gonzalo is such a nice host, with lots of recommendations and always going above and beyond making sure we had a great stay. Would definitely recommend to a friend. Thanks again for everything.

Very good accommodation, it was clean and beautiful. The hostess was very kind and answered all our questions instantly. It is a quiet neighborhood and at the same time close to several interesting points of the city. Consider that there are 4 floors without an elevator, so it makes it difficult to move suitcases. I recommend buying toilet paper as the one offered was not of good quality. It had all the other implements for a perfect stay.

Really beautiful apartment with all the necessary amenities for a short stay. Perfect place for when you need to get work done as it has lovely workspace and good internet, and for holidays as it is centrally located with many important sites within walking distance. The building is beautiful and the apartment is fun, you can tell a lot of thought went into decorating it, it's a pleasure being there. Guillermo and Constanza are friendly and helpful with great local knowledge, the doorman, Roberto, was also friendly and helpful which made me feel at home the whole time I was there.
