Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Recoleta

Pasamos una gran estadía en familia, el lugar es tal cual se ve en las fotos, está equipado con todo lo que necesita una familia. Fueron flexible con el ingreso y la salida, la comunicación fue excelente. Claro que volveremos y recomendaremos el alojamiento.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour, près du transport en commun et des restaurants. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse et l'aide de nos hôtes qui ont répondu à nos questions en plus de la terrasse avec le bbq pour se préparer des asados comme les argentins!

We were in Buenos Aires for our son’s wedding and had another son and his wife staying with us. The apartment is the second floor of a grand old house in Belgrano, a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There were places for good breakfast and lunch nearby. We enjoyed the large spotless kitchen and the comfortable tv room. The bed’s are enormous and quite comfortable. Our friends who are from Buenos AIres saw it and asked for the contact information. We highly recommend this apartment, but we are used to city sounds of buses and traffic.

El alojamiento de Damián es una muy buena opción para viajes en grupos, ubicado en una zona muy linda y estratégica de la ciudad de Buenos Aires. Recomendado.

Been staying for 6 months. Long story short: 10/10. It is located inside the block, so you don't have street noises. When there is no construction in a house nearby (I was unlucky, so I had a lot of noise), you won't find a more restful place than here. Safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and cafés. Coble stone streets that slowdown the already little traffic. Extremely beautiful patio and plants. Everything is exactly as in the pictures. Neighbors are incredibly kind too and if you love cats, you will be visited by the neighbor's cat often. What I didn't like too much was the bed as it makes a lot of noises when turning around in it due to the type of frame. Besides that, the place is absolutely beautiful. You will love it. The hosts are the best I ever had, available as quickly as possible, replying within minutes, trying everything to make you feel at home and taking care that you have everything you need. 100% recommendation.

A casa está em uma zona mais tranquila de Palermo, mas muito próximo de todos restaurantes. Fomos recebidos por Inês, que gentilmente nos mostrou a casa. A casa é fiel às fotos, muito bonita, cômoda e bem equipada. Perfeita para um casal e filhos! A calefação deixou a casa bem aquecida para os dias frios. Nos sentimos em casa e voltaríamos com certeza.

Our host Candela was so helpful in answering all questions and communicating all the necessary details in advance of our arrival. When we arrived, everything was just as expected, and even better. The house, large and charming and super clean, was equipped to meet all of our needs. The only things we needed to purchase were the foods and drinks for our stay. The back yard was blooming with flowers and well manicured, and was a great spot for young boys to run and play, and for us to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. We enjoyed doing our own Parilla at the outside grill and kitchen. There was more than ample furniture, inside and outside, large tables and many chairs, and large comfortable sofas and beds. The place had a warm and cozy feel, and it felt like home when returning to it, after hours out exploring Buenos Aires. This location in Palermo was fabulous, as you can walk in any direction and find coffee shops, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, markets, etc. very near.

Beautiful studio in Palermo with an unbeatable view. Perfect for a few days in the city. Great restaurants and bars in easy walking distance. Close to the bus tour stop if you are touristing. Angie was responsive and super accommodating.

Me recibió marta que es muy amorosa y siempre atenta a mis necesidades. Es todo muy cómodo y alegre, tiene un lindisimo balcón, las sabanas muy buena calidad al igual que las almohadas y todo impecable. El edificio está muy bien iluminado y con una cámara , estuve llegando tarde y siempre me sentí segura. El barrio es encantador para caminar bajo sus plátanos, lleno de negocios para comprar alimentos , también lleno de barcitos y restaurantes muy lindos. A tres cuadras está el Alto Palermo shopping x si necesitas alguna otra compra. Volveré sin dudarlo.

Le logement d’Emilio est idéalement placé dans le quartier de Palermo. Nombreux sites accessibles à pieds, nombreux commerces de proximité, plusieurs stations de métros. La terrasse privée au dernier étage est parfaite et bien équipée tout comme le reste de l’appartement.

Es un excelente anfitrión muy amable y responde siempre, el departamento es increíble al igual que su ubicación, excelente!

This place was great for my partner and I. We both work online and it had enough spaces for us to comfortably work in different areas of the apartment.

O Airbnb e exatamente como no anúncio. O apartamento é seguro e limpo. As roupas de cama e toalhas também estavam limpas e cheirosas. A localização é central e fomos a pé para o centro e para Palermo. Não usamos o metro ou ônibus por que gostamos de caminhar. Tem um supermercado exatamente em frente ao apartamento. Os anfitriões nos deram boas dicas de alimentação e câmbio. O apartamento é bem iluminado e agradável. Tem uma área externa muito charmosa. Não temos reclamações a respeito da hospedagem e eu indicaria para meus amigos.

El departamento de Hector estaba impecable y en una hermosa ubicación, tiene detalles de bienvenida como gaseosas, agua y cerveza. Nos puso algodones para limpiarnos la cara en el baño, entre otros detalles, todo fue un 10!!! Muy amable Hector!!!

Josefina was incredibly attentive to our needs. Got us a crib ready to go by the time we arrived, and even found a mate gourd upon my request. She is an absolute rockstar of a host. Will certainly book again when we return to the city.

El departamento es nuevo y está en un lugar muy lindo de CABA. tiene muchos restaurantes cerca y el centro relativamente cerca también. me pareció más grande en las fotos.

O apartamento era exatamente como mostrava nas fotos, a vista da sacada era incrível (inclusive, fui pedida em casamento lá, haha), conseguimos fazer tudo a pé, muitos restaurantes, bares e parques perto. O barulho da rua não entrava no apartamento, muito silencioso e agradável para dormir. Lugar seguro. Cama confortável.

absolutely my favorite airbnb i’ve stayed at. i was here for a month and i did not want to leave. perfect location. had everything i needed. very responsive. i locked myself out at 2am and the host answered and figured it out within minutes. also a very nice cafe in the building is a plus.

Muy buen apartamento, equipado con todo y muy cerca de todo

Muy buen hospedaje, estaba limpio y era hermoso. La anfitriona fue muy amable y nos resolvió todas las dudas al instante. Es un barrio tranquilo y a la vez cercano a varios puntos interesantes de la ciudad. Considerar que son 4 pisos sin ascensor por lo que dificulta el movimiento de maletas. Recomiendo comprar papel higiénico ya que no era de buena calidad el que se ofrecía. Si tenía todos los demás implementos para una estadía perfecta.

Pablo fue muy amable, puntual y resolutivo. Al llegar no funcionaba Internet por un inconveniente ajeno y se ocupó de resolverlo. El lugar ofrece todo lo que indica y más. Nos ofreció tarjetas SUBE, y todas las indicaciones y recomendaciones para comer y conocer la ciudad. La ubicación es ideal y lo mejor es que tiene cochera. Volveremos! Muchas Gracias! 🥰
