Zum Spazieren, Flanieren, Wohlfühlen und Entspannen erreicht man in max. 30 Min. alle bekannten Orte am Wörthersee wie z.B. Velden, Reifnitz, Pyramidenkogel etc.

Practical apartment close to the university

The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette / anteroom, a bathroom with shower / toilet and balcony. The room has a comfortable king-size bed (1,8 m wide), a wardrobe, a dining table and a table for working. The apartment is located in a green and quiet district of Klagenfurt close to lake "Wörthersee" and the University. The infrastructure in the neighborhood is very good and within walking distance. The city center can be reached by car in about 10 minutes.

This compact , newish, light & cosy appartment-perfectly situated , a little private paradise but still so close to everything.. 5 min from the center, 5 min from the Wörthersee & Stadium and just 30 min from the slo&italian boarder! Train and Busstop a couple 100m's away,aswell as shops and restaurants. If you want a relaxed holiday, just stay a night for a concert or wedding, traveling through or a cycling holiday? Its perfect for everyone , a safe-space for everyone!

The idyllic farmhouse in the countryside is surrounded by nature, forest and meadow, only 10-15 minutes by car from Klagenfurt and thus from Lake Wörthersee. It offers five rooms: two bedrooms, a living room that can also be used as a bedroom, a spacious bathroom and a kitchen with dining area. In addition, there is an outdoor area with a terrace and a lawn to relax. The maximum number of people that can stay in the house is 6. A crib is available on request.

The self-contained residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-style private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty-meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of your bedroom, can be used at any time. Pyramidenkogel Lodge vacation home with lake view

We stayed at Silvios Lodge for 3 nights at the Pyramidenkogel and were thrilled from the first moment. The location is fantastic, with views of the lake and juicy green nature as far as the eye can see. The rooms are very cozy and stylishly decorated and were very clean. There is everything you need in the apartments. The terrace is cozy with two loungers and behind the lodge you have your own beautiful well-kept meadow. A short hike of about 30 minutes up to the lookout tower at the Pyramidenkogel is highly recommended! Silvio was very personable, helpful and always easily accessible. The location was perfect as you were in Velden in 18 minutes and about 22 minutes in Klagenfurt to do something. A "secret tip" is Gerti's Strandbad in Keutschach, which is 3 minutes from the property by car. We will definitely recommend the place and would love to come back!

The place really has everything you need for relaxing days/nights. Everything is super well maintained & in mint condition. The rooms are bright and very nicely furnished. Overall, however, everything is a little smaller - i.e. with 4 people it can get a little cozier in the long run. The parking lot has plenty of room for several vehicles.

Thanks to Michael and Jutta for hosting us. The cottage is quiet, in a good location, modern and very clean. We were able to enjoy the terrace during our summer stay. We would highly recommend this for a stay in the Carinthia region.
