Holiday rentals with a patio in Reading

Had a lovely stay at Crail Cottage. It was very cosy, clean and nicely decorated with everything we needed. The location was great with easy access to Windsor and London. Angela was a friendly host who is very easy to communicate with and always responsive. I would highly recommend staying here and we will definetly be returning again :)

Great location and it matched the description and key pictures. A great responsive management team who met our requests for fresh linen changes and always keen to know if we needed anything more to make our stay more comfortable. A good option to stay if convenience, comfort and ease are important.

This is one of the nicest Airbnbs we have stayed in and Kate was a fantastic host. The apartment is in the middle of the gorgeous Oxfordshire countryside and we even had a chance to see some rare wildlife like wild owls hunting! The apartment was modern and to a really spec and was like home for 2 nights for us and our son! Kate was so responsive, sent us lots of lovely recommendations and even provided a high chair and some toys for our son! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend Kate and her place to anyone! Excellent stay!

I had the pleasure of staying at Tracy's property in the Hertfordshire area recently and I must say it was a delightful experience. The property is incredibly cosy, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the necessities needed for a comfortable stay. Tracy, the host, was exceptionally gracious and attentive. She responded to all our requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring that our stay was nothing short of perfect. Her hospitality truly made us feel at home. Sian’s cottage is lovely, exceptionally clean and set in peaceful surroundings. Sian was very communicative and very flexible, helping us with some minute issues for which we were very grateful. The main bathroom is in the eaves space but it was manageable and very quaint. Initially I wasn’t sure about sharing their garden space but the grounds are large enough that we were able to enjoy our BBQ in the garden space alongside Sian and her family. If you’re looking to stay in the area I would highly recommend Sian’s cottage

We stayed at Diako's place, after going to the Warner Bros studio for the Harry Potter tour. The kids absolutely lost their minds when entering the house. The house is put together with such great detail and care, resulting in a 'magical' experience. Despite very intricate decorations and adornments, every surface and corner was spotlessly clean 👌

The house was absolutely lovely – the perfect getaway for us and a few friends. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Phoebe was a fantastic host, incredibly responsive and welcoming, even greeting us when we arrived. We’ll definitely be back!

A very comfortable cottage. Easy walking distance to station , town centre and picturesque river walks. Elliot was very accommodating with an earlier check-in and also allowing me to leave my luggage for 2 hours after check-out. I would definitely stay here again.

This is my second time at the property. It is fantastic. I highly recommend it. The hosting team are excellent. They are so friendly. It really stands out compared to other Airbnb hosts I have dealt with. They couldn't really do enough for us. They allowed us to check in early and check out a bit later. This really helped as we had so much baggage. It would make it difficult to hang around. Thanks so much 🙏

A lovely hideaway after a long working day and before a travel day. It was incredibly peaceful set amongst Nick's lovely garden, I felt right at home. Little touches like fresh milk, tea, coffee and biscuits were really appreciated. My only wish is that I could have stayed longer and explored the area more! Thank you Nick!

This accommodation space felt like a haven and a soft landing from the chaos of travelling. It is walking distance to local train station, close to small supermarket for essentials and two great coffee places. The biggest surprise was the park across the road - a lovely green space. The apartment was clean and welcoming. One of the best I have stayed in UK.

Tucked away at the back of the shops, right on the High Street. Plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. A lovely little village. The way in was a little bit tight and you had drive carefully through the archway. It was comfortable and had everything you needed. Very quiet. And the Museum was wonderful!

Great apartment within waking distance of town. Really spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen and everything you could need. Very helpful and responsive hosts. Only negative is that it can be a bit noisy if you have the windows open and people are talking loudly on the pavement as they walk by. Though that is the nature of a ground floor apartment and it happened to be quite warm when we stayed so we had the windows open!

Spacious and lovely apartment in a safe neighborhood. Looked just like the photos in the advertisement. Location is very good with tube station close by and supermarket next door. Parking just opposite the property. James and Ajay were lovely hosts, responsive and helpful. It was very warm, there was only one fan available therefore James immediately ordered another fan to be delivered. Couldn’t have asked for better hosts. Lovely apartment and we really enjoyed our stay.

Viktor was a great host. We needed accommodation due to a flooded house and we booked hours before arrival. I am grateful for his flexibility and very fast response to us. The apartment is beautiful and has everything you need. A lot of care and attention has gone into this home. The surrounding area is lovely and it's a short walk to the Town. We had a wonderful weekend staying at Bryoni’s place. It was spotlessly clean and set in the most beautiful grounds. Bryoni was so kind to leave us some essentials and a lovely bottle of wine. Would love to come and stay again!
