Stayed for 3 weeks ! Lovely villa well furnished and felt like home ,nice garden and a good sized swimming pool.

We had one of the best stays in the Pattaya here, we arrived at the villa just a little past 5pm and the check in was easy and clear. My girlfriend is obsessed with the duck floatable and the pool water was clean and lovely when we arrive. The interior was very clean and the kitchen had all the amenities including an air fryer and a rice cooker. TV was easy to access and it has got everything from Netflix to YT access. Would prefer to have like a small storage space in the small bedroom with a spare hairdryer but aside from that it was perfect! Will definitely book this villa again when I come back to Pattaya!

Clean and beautiful at the cover. The host responds quickly. Lovely and friendly. Especially the house is very impressive if you have the opportunity to come again.

The host responded quickly, so we didn't have much trouble communicating! Apart from the lack of shampoo and body wash, it was good! I had a good time!

There's a convenience store right in front of a good place, and it was very nice. There was a bathtub in each room, so it was nice.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa! The place is very clean, beautifully decorated, and well equipped. The kitchen is fully functional with a dishwasher, which made cooking very convenient. The villa itself is spacious and comfortable. Jonny was very helpful and gave us great recommendations throughout our stay. The location is also excellent — close to local markets, plenty of restaurants, and within walking distance to the beach. Overall, a great value for the price. Highly recommended! 😊

A great location and all required amenities in place!

Lovely house with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, a small pool with a slide, barbecue, dishes, billiards, karaoke, for our group of 10 people, it was spacious, everyone found things to do, several areas for photos, clean linen, towels, everything is very cozy, easy to check in, just as easily checked out. The property is more suitable for private parties or if you are driving, it is located in a villa where there are several typical villas. Everything is very comfortable, we really liked it. Thank you for your hospitality!

Stayed here for 3 nights. The accommodation has sufficient amenities to use. It feels like home. Beautiful view, sitting and watching the boats. The owner is attentive. The downside is that there are too many stray dogs. When you enter the house, they are a bit suspicious. But overall, it's okay.

Conveniently priced near Hollywood. Hosts are also better to communicate.

The host was a lovely lady that went out her way to accommodate us. I asked about check in times and she went out her way to let us check in and out later if we needed. Was really nice place to relax with your own pool. Would defo book again when visiting Jomtien.

It was a great place to stay in here in Rayong. The owner was really kind and even gave us 24 pcs of water for free. The place is also accessible. There are nearby shops. Walk in distance to the supermarket just about 400meters. It was a great experience!

Poor soundproofing, everything else is perfect The little helper is also very cute and kind, the explanation and introduction are very complete, and the housekeeper and the landlord respond super promptly. Everyone is very satisfied with this accommodation, Clean, everything is at a glance, a lot of small details are thoughtful Everyone says they'll come back next time

I don’t normally do reviews, but this place demands one. This is the most relaxing beach stay in Thailand. Host are great. Location is amazing. Beach is perfect. If you are looking for a quiet lazy beach holiday, this is the place.

Patty was so helpful throughout our stay there. She made us feel at home. I would highly recommend her to be anyone’s host. She was so proactive in communicating with us and helped us throughout our stay for any questions we had. Nice and big house with everything there. Thank you for everything Patty!

Villa is awesome like dream house everything was comfortable just like home. We had one of the best times and we will be visiting again for sure. Thank you Sek for great hosting and arranging everything what we asked including bike. We enjoyed everyday fresh coconuts from directly Villa tree, was one of the best experiences and ofcourse beach in front of Villa, calm quite peaceful time relaxing …. Marriott was one of best thing too which is just next 2 min you can enjoy free gym etc …get 20% discount on Villa pass on food very reasonable. Overall it was wow time we had.
