Amazing place, super clean and peaceful location with extraordinary views from the room as well as balcony. Will definitely come back again.

We spend a lovely time here and it was very difficult to leave this place. Margo is always ready to help and answer any questions. The place was very clean and got all the equipment that we needed. My kids love it and ask to come back again. Highly recommended!

Not having visited Pattaya before, I was unaware of just how centrally located this accommodation was. I HIGHLY recommend to anybody without children.

Lovely condo in Pattaya. Really clean, modern building and apartment right in the middle of the hustle and bustle and very near the beach. Rooftop pool and gym were great. Host was super responsive and wonderful!

The room is exactly as pictured. Everything is good and comfortable. There is a little problem when you stay: the air conditioner is small, not cold. If you can fix the air conditioner, that would be great. I will definitely stay again.

Poor soundproofing, everything else is perfect The little helper is also very cute and kind, the explanation and introduction are very complete, and the housekeeper and the landlord respond super promptly. The host responded quickly, so we didn't have much trouble communicating! Apart from the lack of shampoo and body wash, it was good! I had a good time!

The house is very well located nice style, old house with big space, many rooms and right by the long beach. The housekeeper is friendly and makes me feel like at home with a group of friends . We had a good time there thank you so much.

Unique and traditional stay inland from Pattaya

Lovely house with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, a small pool with a slide, barbecue, dishes, billiards, karaoke, for our group of 10 people, it was spacious, everyone found things to do, several areas for photos, clean linen, towels, everything is very cozy, easy to check in, just as easily checked out. The property is more suitable for private parties or if you are driving, it is located in a villa where there are several typical villas. Everything is very comfortable, we really liked it. Thank you for your hospitality!

Pascal’s condos are very clean and beautiful. He is very friendly and helpful if you have any questions about anything in the condo or in Pattaya. His wife is also very friendly and welcoming. The maid Pascal sends every 3rd day was very sweet and mindful. She cleans whatever you want done on top of the things she cleans already. If you’re visiting Pattaya for the first time this the place for you. Right next door is the famous central mall for your everyday needs. The beach is only 2 mins away walking and there are plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. The view is amazing every morning and you watch the sunset from the balcony as well. I recommend Pascal’s place to all travelers whether solo, couple or more. Pascal thank you for the wonderful stay and i will be staying here every time i come back to Pattaya from now on. Very nice room with a real nice view.

Perfect location. I have been in central pattaya before, but it was to crowded, to busy. This place was perfect, good food and good gyms were close. If you like to work, workout, and have some more night life 10-15 mins away from you, this is the perfect location. It also comes with a beautiful view of the sea ;)

Room is beautiful and rustic, view is amazing, lift just work fine I don't understand the review abt the lift being busy all time, Mr Ivan is perfect Host. about the room, is equipped with 99% of amenities. just feels like home 🏠

Our stay in Ian’s place has been fantastic. The flat has everything you need for comfort in a daily life. We especially appreciate the privacy, the quietness and the easy access to the nature. Ian has given us loads of good advices and ideas how to spend a good time. The place is very local and you need a scooter or a car to get around. Shopping is easy and the restaurants nearby have excellent food and many choices. Beaches around are all great and the massages on the beaches as well. Impossible the make a list of priority. We had a 5 weeks stay and it is hard leaving such a wonderful place! Best recommendations for Ian, the flat and the surroundings ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

better than the photo, trust me. the sea view and the swimming pool is good. the gym is ok. a lot to use. the location is best for vacation, quiet in the evening and a lot of good food and convenience store here.
