Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Ravenna

Siamo stati a Ravenna per la notte di Capodanno. Io e i miei amici ci sian trovati bene. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la possibilità di restare più a lungo, rispetto all'orario stabilito del check-out. Luca e Daila, ci hanno anche offerto una bella bottiglia di benvenuto.

Honestly, Deborah was the perfect host for several reasons. Beyond being incredibly kind and understanding, she really tuned into what I needed. I mentioned that this was my first time in a town like this and that I was hoping to hibernate for a few days, and her place felt like the perfect fit. She went above and beyond to make the check-in process smooth, even offering to pick me up from the train station and take me to the grocery store—on a Sunday, no less, when most places were closed and options were limited. Her home was serene, even more beautiful than the photos, and I immediately felt safe and at ease in the neighbourhood. I also loved how central it was to most things, like a spa, fruit/vegetable store, cafes, restaurants and convenience stores. In a world that often feels like it’s growing less kind, Deborah truly understands the heart of hospitality. :)

Stella nos recebeu muito bem, foi simpática e prestativa. A casa estava muito limpa e organizada. O espaço e aconchegante. O lugar é extraordinário, muito bonito, com natureza exuberante e uma vista maravilhosa. Stella recomendou lugares para visitar e restaurantes da região que gostamos muito. Somente elogios, nenhuma reclamação.

Clean tidy and peaceful studio, well-equipped and close to the centre of Ravenna. Lots of suggestions and information available.

Giacomo e la sua famiglia sono stati molto accoglienti. La comunicazione è stata impeccabile. L’alloggio è curato e centralissimo, a pochissimi minuti a piedi da porto canale. È stata un’ottima esperienza, grazie!

Wir waren für eine Woche in der Casa Vittoria und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit! Carla & Roberto sind tolle Gastgeber, die und freundlich begrüßt haben und immer erreichbar waren. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und top modern. Auch für unseren 10 Monate alten Sohn war alles notwendige wie Babybett und Hochstuhl vorhanden. Die Lage ist ebenfalls super, sodass wir nicht nur Lugo gut zu Fuß erkunden könnten, sondern mit dem Auto auch schnell in Ravenna und am Strand waren. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen, Vielen Dank!

We had such a great stay at this lovely home! We were only there for two nights, but everything was cozy, clean, and super comfortable. When we had a little trouble figuring out how to unlock the door, the hosts were quick to help us out — they were so kind and patient. To top it off, they even left us some snacks, which was such a thoughtful touch after a long day of travel. We really appreciated their hospitality and would definitely stay here again!

Grazioso appartamento in una zona tranquilla! Aveva tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Siamo state benissimo!

The check-in was flexible and Simone was very responsive. The apartment is new and was very clean. We stayed only 1 night, but we could've easily spent more nights at Simone's place.

Un logement très adapté à nos besoins, calme, à proximité d'un parc , d'un supermarché et à 20 minutes du centre ville !!! Beaucoup de rangements et bien équipé, une terrasse agréable.... bref, nous avons adoré et reviendrons avec plaisir.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Cinzia. le logement est fonctionnel, pratique et grand et nous y avons passé un bon séjour. le logement , bien qu'il se trouve en ville était relativement calme. De plus, vous avez accès au centre ville historique a 15mn a pied et la mer a 15 mn en voiture. Vous pouvez aussi faire vos courses à pied. Le seul petit inconvénient est pour se garer dans la rue a cause des nombreux clients de la salle de sport ,qui est en face , qui stationnent tout autour du lotissement mais avec de la persévérance , on trouve une place.

This is the sort of place that Airbnb used to be like. In fact it’s the type of place that stands out from most because of the attention to detail that Giovanni and Cecilia have paid to its creation. They are a genuinely caring couple and the apartment is a testament to their thoughtful, practical and hospitable nature. Being greeted in person, and so warmly and informatively is always a bonus for us. It’s a short walk from the centre of town and we felt very safe throughout our stay. The apartment has everything any traveller/tourist/holidaymaker could want, including a lift, much appreciated by we older folk for luggage at least. We spent five nights there and really enjoyed getting back after our days discovering Ravenna. The bed is comfy and the bed linen, towels are of excellent quality. The WiFi is very strong and reliable. The is outside space is very peaceful and with the lounge doors open, church bells and birdsong added a joyful soundtrack to our days. 10/10. Thank you G&C.

Comfortable appartment in Lido di Dante, clean and well equipped. Claudio is a great host, communication was quick and we appreciated being able to check in early. All the kitchen essentials were there. Lido di Dante is a small place, the appartment is a few minutes walk from the beach, which was very quiet at the end of May. Great local restaurant recommended by Claudio and a lovely little cafe near the appartment. Great location to visit Ravenna, but also San Marin and Bologna.

Mi sono trovato bene, lo stabile è bello e l’appartamento ha tutto il necessario.

Siamo stati ospiti di Franca e Gian Luigi che sono due persone molto ospitali e disponibili. La casa è molto spaziosa e pulita in una zona comoda , supermercato, bar, locali e lavanderia self service raggiungibili a piedi. Ci hanno lasciato a disposizione anche delle biciclette e una colazione varia. Consigliatissimi

Alessandra was extremely friendly and helpful, providing a lot of local recommendations and facts about Ravenna. She explained everything thoroughly and was very responsive whenever we had any questions. The place really felt like home and would be perfect for a couple like us or friends/family, it was very quiet and a short walk to the station. There were supermarkets nearby and some beautiful places to visit. The washing machine was really helpful and the kitchen had everything necessary. Bathroom was spacious and clean and the bedroom was absolutely perfect, comfortable bed and a big wardrobe for all your stuff. The TV had everything you need for a wind down in the evening. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Sweet, easy amd nice place

Unser Aufenthalt in Teodorano war einfach traumhaft! Die Unterkunft ist super schön, gemütlich und mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Antonella, unsere Gastgeberin, war total herzlich und hat uns mit ihrer offenen Art direkt willkommen fühlen lassen. Auch ihr Mann war super hilfsbereit und hat uns bei allem unterstützt – beide sind einfach wunderbare Menschen. Und das Beste: Antonella ist eine fantastische Köchin! Als Überraschung hat sie uns sogar noch etwas Leckeres für die Weiterfahrt mitgegeben – so eine liebe Geste! Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Stefano è stato gentilissimo e veramente disponibile. Appena arrivate ci ha spiegato tutto con molta cura, dai posti in cui potevamo andare (ristoranti, bar, spiagge) vicino all’appartamento a cose più pratiche (come usare l’Apple TV o le casse). Inoltre ci ha lasciato carta ed acqua fuori dalla porta appena entrate. Veramente super disponibile e risposte velocissime. Appartamento stupendo e posizione top anche in rapporto al prezzo. Se torneremo a Rimini cercheremo sicuramente questo appartamento!

Très bon accueil de Stefano. L’appartement était d’une propreté impeccable, la literie est excellente, et le quartier est très calme. Une place de parking est disponible dans le sous sol de l’immeuble ce qui est très appréciable. Compter 20 bonnes minutes à pied pour rejoindre le centre historique de Ravenne, en traversant le quartier de la gare.

Sara è stata semplicemente perfetta! Gentile, disponibile e ci ha lasciato anche una torta da offrire agli ospiti.

Le logement est pres des commerces donc c est très pratique . Il y a toujours une place pour se garer, c est un luxe. Après les visites, nous pouvons aller à la plage très rapidement. Notre hôte est toujours disponible et à notre écoute pour répondre aux questions. Pas de difficulté pour entrer dans l appartement tout est simple grâce à ses explications. C est propre et spacieux. Pour un court séjour à Ravenne, vous pouvez louer les yeux fermés. Nous sommes très contents.

La casa è pulita e accogliente, come ha detto mia figlia "sembra di essere a casa", molto fornita, in centro, a noi non è mancato niente e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Non abbiamo mai avuto difficoltà a posteggiare vicino all' ingresso, ma comunque nei dintorni i parcheggi non mancano. Paola è molto cortese e molto attenta all'ospite e la ringraziamo molto.
