Very comfortable, clean and well equipped apartment in fantastic location on the canal. Riccardo and Sarah were very knowledgeable and helpful hosts, nothing was a problem. Private parking, great breakfast and bikes for hire to ride along the canals and cobbled streets in this v pretty town were a bonus as well as English spoken. Would highly recommend this stay as well as a walk to the nearby Museo which has an outstanding, beautiful display of the excavation of a Roman shipwreck and its cargo.

Endroit très calme, paysages magnifiques et belle piscine. Donata est une hôtesse très chaleureuse et attentive. Elle connaît très bien la région et peut conseiller des visites.

Das Haus mit Terrasse ist idyllisch auf einem Hügel mit Weitblick gelegen. Das Zimmer mit Bad war sauber und ordentlich. Das B&B hat alles, was man benötigt.

Wat een heerlijke ontvangst. Maria en Gabriel zijn extra toffe mensen en zelfs Leila een lieve en aanhankelijke hond kwam ons al tegemoet als we aankwamen. Het panorama is adembenemend en zo rustig. De accomodatie heel netjes en al wat er nodig is. Een heerlijk, telkens vers gemaakt ontbijt elke morgen. Een 10 op alle gebied en wij gaan zeker nog terug.

Stanze ottime, esattamente come descritte e in perfetta posizione. Piccola manutenzione necessaria in bagno, ma per il resto tutto funzionale. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Check in di persona e molto cordiale

Ho trascorso una notte in questo alloggio nel centro storico di Urbino e mi sono trovata molto bene. La posizione è ottima, in piena zona ZTL, perfetta per visitare la città a piedi. L’alloggio è pulito, ben curato e confortevole, ideale per una sosta breve ma piacevole. Un grande punto a favore è la possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente non troppo distante, cosa non scontata in una città storica. L’host è stata gentile, disponibile e chiara nelle comunicazioni. Esperienza decisamente positiva, lo consiglierei!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero perfetto! La struttura è curata in ogni dettaglio, accogliente e impeccabilmente pulita. La camera era spaziosa, confortevole e dotata di tutto il necessario per sentirsi a casa. La colazione è stata una delle migliori mai provate: abbondante, varia e con prodotti freschi e di qualità. Un vero piacere iniziare la giornata così! Un ringraziamento speciale va a Filippo, per la sua gentilezza, disponibilità e attenzione verso gli ospiti. Sempre presente ma mai invadente, ci ha fatto sentire accolti e coccolati fin dal primo momento. Consigliatissimo, torneremo sicuramente!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit einem tollen und künstlerisch gestalteten Zimmer fast direkt am Strand. Roberto ist ein super freundlicher und sehr netter Gastgeber gewesen. Das Angebotene Frühstück war super lecker und man hatte viel Auswahl, auch der Cappuccino war super! Wir können Robertos Unterkunft definitiv empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Alessandra è un host estremamente disponibile e gentile. Ci si sente come accolti in casa, in una grande famiglia.

Wir haben uns während unseren Aufenthalts sehr wohl gefühlt. Luca ist ein sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber, der sich sehr gut in der Gegend auskennt und gute Tipps und Empfehlungen für Unternehmungen in der Gegend sowie gut Restaurants hat. Die Unterkunft selber ist sehr zentral gelegen und in ca. 1 Minute ist man am Strand. Zusätzlich bietet sie die Möglichkeit, sein Auto auf dem Grundstück abzustellen, was in einem touristischen Ort wie Riccione Gold wert ist. Zimmer und Bad waren sehr sauber und durch die vorhandene Klimaanlage ist es auch immer angenehm kühl im Zimmer. Man sollte sich aber bewusst sein, dass aufgrund der hervorragenden Lage zum Strand man bei Strandpartys auch die Musik gut in der Unterkunft hört. Alles in allem können wir die Unterkunft vollstens weiterempfehlen, wenn man entweder in Riccione Strandurlaub machen möchte, oder aber wie wir sich San Marino und die Umgebung anschauen möchte.

Siamo andati in occasione del Rimini Wellness e devo dire che anche se si avesse bisogno di alimenti a colazione per una dieta molto rigida, hanno tutto il necessario disponibile (ad es. uova sode, yogurt greco, gallette, avena). Molto raro e da tenere in considerazione, oltre al fatto che tutto il personale era sempre disponibilissimo in qualsiasi momento.

Rossella è una bravissima persona oltre che host gentile e premurosa. Siamo stati molto bene a casa sua e ci sentiamo di consigliarla a tutti. La camera è grande e pulita, il letto comodo.

Exceptionnel ! Quelle plaisir d’avoir été accueillis par Mara! L’emplacement est parfait, la vue - imprenable! Le lit est très confortable et la chambre est de taille parfaite! Petit balcon sympathique. Le petit déjeuner, incroyable! Il y a de tout et tout est frais et préparé avec soin! En plus nous pouvons déjeuner dehors, vue sur mer ! C’est sans doute le meilleur BNB que nous avons eu! Mara était disponible tous les jours et très à l’écoute. L’emplacement est parfait car il est un peu éloignée du centre ce qui permet d’être calme mais en même temps on y est très vite. Depuis la maison nous avons un accès directement à la mer. Et avec la réservation du BNB les transats sont compris le temps du séjour! Incroyable ! Bref c’est le top du top! Nous reviendrons ! Et mille merci Mars 🫶🏻 Je recommande x10000!

Il soggiorno da Piero è stato perfetto nulla lasciato al caso, dal posto stupendo immerso nel verde con una bellissima visuale sulle colline circostanti, alla pulizia delle camere e dei bagni (perfetta!), alla simpatia e cordialità di Piero e di sua moglie con i quali ci siamo anche "persi" in belle chiaccherate ! Per finire al risveglio la ci siamo trovati una colazione fantastica preparata dalla moglie di Piero....torte e dolci fatti in casa per noi! Grazie ancora ci rivedremo sicuramente!

Elena und Davide sind außergewöhnlich sympathische Gastgeber und haben ein kleines Paradies in dieser wunderschönen Umgebung geschaffen. Das Zimmer ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und das Badezimmer fantastisch! Es gibt sogar eine Küche für die Gäste. Das reichhaltige Frühstück auf der Terrasse war der ideale Start in den Tag- wir haben einen Ausflug nach Urbino gemacht und mehrere Stunden fast alleine im Palazzo Ducale verbracht. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch der Pastakurs mit Elena, die Führung durch Davides Atelier und die vielen Glühwürmchen am Abend! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Und wir würden sehr gerne mehr Sterne vergeben!

Traveling alone, I found myself less confident and reclusive in my first 2 weeks in Italy. Upon reading reviews, I had a feeling Suzi would snap me out of it. And she DID!! She was so welcoming, made me a delicious dinner the first night, and made me a part of her family for the week. I was even invited to her milestone birthday party with all her lovely friends, and then another joint birthday family dinner at home. She gave me a bunch of awesome recommendations, always asked if I needed anything, and calmed me down when I called her in despair, being lost in a field somewhere, lol! The room was huge and cozy, the shower sooo nice! (I was in the room off the kitchen) Suzi is very intelligent and we had some interesting conversations. Her two dogs Tyra and Gigi stole my heart immediately. I will be back, maybe as a work away! I will never forget your kindness and the remarkable woman you are <3

Lovely place Abracadabra and Angela is a lovely host. In the middle of farmland this small Oase. Lovely decorated, nice rooms, good beds, great garden with a big pool. We loved our stay and would recommend this to everyone!

Everything was just unbelievable from the moment we arrived. The way driving to the top of the mountain was amazing. The jaw dropping panoramic view on the top was absolutely speechless. It was only 3 nights, but Enrico and Danielle made it the greatest! They made wonderful breakfast and dinner for us everyday. Visiting Enrico’s observatory was the most special experience we had that we’ll remember it forever. Luckily we were also able to join a local hiking group to experience the beauty of the mountains even more. And we learned a lot about the surrounding, landscape and Italy from Enrico and Danielle. We just fell in love with Italy even more! Thank you so so so much!!!
