The villa was incredibly well equipped, we were very excited! Above all, the kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. The facility was generally very cozy and modern. I was very impressed with the comfortable bed and the upholstery. There is enough space for 8 people. (Sofa beds were very comfortable) The outdoor area was great. It is quite remote and you have to reach everything by car, a small supermarket is within walking distance. - but good for a quiet vacation. The landlady was super friendly and helpful and always available. All in all a great vacation and it is highly recommended!!

We loved everything about our stay in this beautiful property. It is built and furnished so thoughtful and aesthetic and we all felt that this space radiated such a calm energy. It is perfect to switch off and fully enjoy time offgrid whilst being provided with everything you might possibly need and feel very much at home. The garden, patio and pool are super big and are amazing to spend a looot of time. And last but not least: Vladimir and his parents were incredibly kind hosts and took very sweet care of us which made the stay extra special. Thanks a lot!

Everything was top-notch! The house was just a 20-minute drive from Zadar, making it super convenient to visit the city while still enjoying peace and privacy. Communication with the host was very easy and smooth. The host was incredibly kind – she even brought us cake and really cared about making our stay great. The house itself was perfect: very spacious, lots of bathrooms, and an amazing private pool. It had everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants to be close to the city but still enjoy privacy and comfort. I would definitely come back!

we enjoyed our stay. The house is clean, large, equipped with all the comforts. Antonio was a nice host and very helpful. During our stay, June 2025, unfortunately, there was construction at 2 houses next to us, so we experienced some inconvenience. This will probably be completed quickly.

The accommodation was as described and, moreover, very high-quality. Everything is functional and numerous and sufficient. Great coffee machines, very good and helpful kitchen utensils, so that cooking is fun. The gym is also excellently equipped. We felt completely comfortable and will certainly come back thank you!!

Our stay at SevenOlives-Haus was simply fantastic. The house is not only beautiful, but also lovingly furnished down to the smallest detail - you can immediately see how much passion is put into it. Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome and a plate of regional delicacies was waiting for us. As a special welcome gift, we even received wine and homemade elderflower syrup - a very personal and beautiful gesture. The pool is huge, super well maintained and was a daily highlight for us. Neno, the host, traveled from Split just to adjust the pool temperature for us - this is not a matter of course. We didn't miss anything at all. Everything was clean, fully equipped and in top condition. If you are looking for peace, privacy and real relaxation from everyday life, you have come to the right place. We enjoyed every minute. We had a wonderful stay and hope to come back one day. The garden is beautiful, the ocean right in front of the house and a little turtle you can feed some salat. David and Izidora gave us some watermelon and tips about the area. It was lovely!

The property is run by a very nice family and is located on a ridge with fantastic views of Novigrad, the sea and the mountains behind. The pool is heated and has a very nice, shade-giving terrace with beautiful views. There was nothing missing in the accommodation. There is a nice little balcony, the kitchen is very well equipped and air conditioning as well as window/door shutters offer the possibility to ventilate or cool down the premises in warm weather. The vehicle can be ideally parked in the courtyard. A shower by the pool allows you to wash up before/after bathing. A pool house allows you to cook something on site or cool drinks. Novigrad, Zadar and Zrmanja Canyon are very easy to reach, as well as some supermarkets around the lake. It's a memorable stay! Thanks to the very friendly owners - we will be back!
