Wonderful place to stay off-season. Exactly what we were looking for. Very convenient and effortless check-in check-out.

My partner and I’s stay at Jeffrey and Holly’s suite was outstanding. The space felt incredibly homely, with cozy decor and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. It was spotless and well-equipped with snacks, coffee, beach amenities, you name it - and we loved using their kayaks for exploring Silver Lake. They were friendly and provided smooth check-in instructions. The price for the area far beats any hotel we could have booked considering how comfortable, clean, and private the unit was. As other reviews said, mechanical noises and footsteps can be heard, but this did not bother us at all. We loved this unit so much, we will probably check the availability for our next trip to TC. This was hands down the best AirBNB we’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommend!

We very much enjoyed our getaway on Stevens Lake. The setting of this house is peaceful, quiet, and perfect for unwinding. We loved listening to the loon on the lake and our son had a great time down by the lake. The house itself was clean and comfortable and more than adequate for our needs. We arrived late at night on a foggy night, but Jane's directions were perfectly clear so we had no trouble locating this out of the way spot. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful, peaceful stay at Daphne & Will's gorgeous home. To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement – their space was filled with tasteful decorations, thoughtful touches, and high-quality finishes and furnishings. There was no way we could use every amenity available on a short 3-day stay, but that's all the more reason to come back and enjoy the space again sometime in the future. We particularly enjoyed the fireplace, view of the trees and lake, and comfy sofa – perfect for a relaxing trip. Will and Daphne struck the perfect balance of responsiveness, giving space, and friendliness. Airbnb perfection.

We were thrilled to find a last minute cancellation at this hidden gem for our labor day weekend trip! Kathy's directions were very thorough. The best part was that she included the use of all of her water toys in the rental - there were two stand-up paddle boards, numerous kayaks and a big rectangular floating pad that the kids loved. The biggest island in the center of Spider Lake is a very doable paddle from there. This property faces north on the lake which is the perfect vantage point to see the Aurora Borealis if the conditions are right, which they were for our time! This has been on my bucket list, so I am beyond thrilled! The stars are amazing too! We all felt comfortable inside and my husband said he had one of the best sleeps he's had in a long time. The kids loved the loft beds. We just wish that the spiders of Spider Lake weren't so abundant on the docks, so our arachnophobic girls could relax more, but there's not much that could have been done about them.

This was a great place to stay while at Traverse City. It was clean, conveniently located, and Troy was very responsive. I really enjoyed my stay.

Cute apartment with all the essentials. Great location. Easy to get to the trails and all downtown has to offer. We look forward to returning.

They are fantastic hosts and were lovely to be around. Absolutely on the short list for long weekends again in the future.

Great cottage on the lake! Had a wonderful stay with my parents visiting out of state to show them more beautiful lakes in Michigan. The house is right on the water. The dock was great to watch the sunset on. The outdoor seating area with umbrella great for sitting in the sun with the early May chilly temps. Inside living/entertaining was great to sit together for tv and broad games with plenty of seating. Lazy boy recliner was a hit. Bedrooms were clean. The second bedroom had plenty of beds for sleepovers. The view from inside the cottage looking at the lake was beautiful too. Plenty of amenities to make the stay feel like home and comfortable.

what a beautiful location. the sunsets are spectacular. the house has everything you could need and more. the beds were comfy. we will be back.

Carrie was an amazing host from booking the reservation to making sure check out was a breeze. She was so accommodating and friendly, I felt like I was talking with a friend. The home itself is beyond describable. Every room was immaculate and the backyard views will be something we never forget. Our 2 dogs enjoyed the big, private beach and water! I’m so happy we decided to spend our last vacation as a family of 3 here! We are already planning our next visit with Carrie when the baby arrives. I can’t say enough good things about this place!!!! We highly recommend this home!

Fantastic home! We loved everything about this place. Lots of space for our family of six. House was clean, stocked with lots of amenities. Linens, towels, board games, books, kitchen supplies.. We loved the beautiful view, deck, fire pit, dock, paddle board and kayak. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back!

Host was super quick to responds and sent a ton of info of things to do in the area. A very nice, peaceful time on the lake.

We had a great stay for our Mother’s Day overnight.

Corey’s place was perfect for our needs. We loved being able to pull into the garage and let our dogs out directly into the fenced yard. The home was beautiful, very clean and had a wonderful layout. Everything we needed was available in the kitchen and bathrooms, there were even games. We enjoyed the beach access and the sunrise and sunset views. I really hope get another chance to stay here.

This place is really special and I can’t wait to come back and experience it again. You can tell it is someone’s home and it’s treated with care and full of good energy. It has everything you need to stay in and enjoy it’s beautiful space with views that are absolutely unbeatable.

Jaime was so helpful throughout our stay! Great neighborhood and easily walkable to restaurants and the lake! Had to unfortunately leave early, but everything was perfect!

My family and I had a fantastic stay at Elizabeth’s place and was exactly as described- beautiful lake view/sunsets, well-equipped, comfortable beds, and great layout for multi-family (a plus I could bring my pup along)! It was a perfect centralized location to the activities we had planned for Memorial Day weekend (1 hr to Mackinaw City, 1 hr to Traverse City, 10 minutes to Boyne City, 30 minutes to Charlevoix and Petoskey). Elizabeth was very responsive and ensured check-in/check-out went smoothly. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Great place! We loved the lake and the lake views. I also loved that there was a beach and pontoon boat rentals were on-site!

We loved this condo! It was such a beautiful updated condo by the water and the view was amazing! It was so close to downtown and everything. We had a great time here. We will definitely be back!

We stayed here for the Iceman bike race. It was a great location for our needs. Mike was proactive and gave us all instructions needed for check-in well in advance. Place was as described and had everything we needed. Would recommend!

Great place especially if traveling with dogs! Apartment was easy to enter with keypads and clear instructions. Good location to dog park and water across the street. Downtown area is a little further but still walkable with lot of great restaurants and shops. Cute are about 25 minutes from sleeping bear dunes.

Amazing time, great location and just what we needed during our stay in downtown, will be back again! :)
