Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Welcome to rent our guest house in cozy Skalhamn! Here you can relax in a quiet summer cottage idyll, yet still be close to Lysekil's shops and restaurants. The house was built in 2018 and is located in an open place with sun from morning to evening, only 500 meters from the sea. There are several nice swimming coves nearby but also fantastic rock pools. At Basteviksholmarna, about a 15-minute walk from the accommodation, is the restaurant Bastevik Bar & Cafe, where good food and drinks are served, with a troubadour some evenings.

House of 44 sqm with the possibility of accommodating five people. The house is beautifully located overlooking meadows and mountains. In front of the house there is a large lawn that can be used for games and other activities. It is five minutes walk to the sea and in the bay there is a rowboat that you can borrow. On the island there is a fish shop and restaurant, also a five-minute walk from the house. The island's nature is diverse, with open sea and cliffs to the west, and small farms and forests in the middle of the island.

The house offers a spectacular view with the forest as the nearest neighbor. Despite its small size, there is a simple kitchen, dining area, toilet and a comfortable and secluded sleeping area with a 140 cm bed. Outside, there is also a private balcony, a private outdoor shower with hot water and cold water and a larger gravel patio with outdoor furniture and barbecue.
