We are located 10 minutes from Black Moshannon State Park, and only 25 minutes from Penn State Beaver Stadium. Guests are provided with breakfast items for the duration of their stay.

Our home is nestled in the country just outside State College. You will be renting the entire upstairs living space that includes 3 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths along with the living room, kitchen and dining area. You will also have access to the back deck. We will use a private entrance to enter our completely separate lower living area. Guests can enjoy local restaurants in nearby Pine Grove Mills or check out downtown State College. We also have an abundance of hiking trails and a local park.
