Great eateries nearby available for dine in as well as delivery. Greenery and Mountain view from the balcony. Location can be assumed as a city center. All facilities as described. The host is very kind and helpful, always easily reachable. Very friendly and supportive. Took care just like a family member. Always suggested places to see and visit. Much appreciated...

This place is a pent house and is as described and shown in the pictures. Remember, this is a budget place meant for people who are solo or two maximum. Who would spend the day sight seeing and need a good place to relax with basic facilities. This is not a 5 star hotel like property and then the price per night shall also be that of a 5 star hotel. You have a good working AC, a clean room and bed, a clean bathroom, a gas stove and all required utensils for cooking basic food. And an open terrace as a sit out in the evenings/night should you prefer. The place in centrally located within 3 KMs of bus station and railway station and to the RK Beach. And a host who communicates quickly and is quite honest on what she can offer. This place is not for people who have huge luggage and for people who have climbing difficulties as it is on the 3rd floor with no lift.

It was an abrupt pit-stop but was worth every penny. Location is great. Conveniently located between the shopping centers, railway and bus-stand as well as RK Beach. Firstly, we found the host very friendly and cooperative. The check-in was a breeze. Rooms were clean and tidy. Bathroom was squeaky clean. Had a good night's rest. Wifi was great. This morning we were greeted with a nice and simple South Indian breakfast. It was tasty and finger-licking. A taste of Vizag hospitality. Thanked the host for allowing us to stay-in a little longer before checking out. I will recommend it for families and especially large groups, as it is easy to get homely accommodations for all.

Rupesh is very responsive and arranged me for a early check-in. Room is very spacious and looking exactly like the way it is mentioned.

Mohan’s villa was just as described. We had a good time at the villa, had good time in the pool and everything was very nice. Really worth it !

This place was as per description and satified my expectations. 1. Very near to RK beach, just 2 mins walk. 2. All local attractions, like submarine meuseum, aircraft meuseum, vishaka meuseum are walkable. Rest can be accessed easily by auto / cab. 3. Very nearby departmental stores for all daily needs. Like more supermarket, etc. 4. Some good food joints and resturants for breakfast / dinner, lunch, nearby . 5. The place is just like own home, 2 big bedrooms with attached balcony. and a massive living room. 6. The sea is not viewable from room or balcony, but just 2 mins walk you can reach there . So do not consider this as a deterrant. Dont think twice, as a tourist, you would love this place and value for money.

It's definitely worth staying at Mr. Reddy's apartment it was very comfortable. The host was Pro active he sent me everyday details a day before my stay. The place was well equipped with all essentials such as RO water system, Gas stove, Fridge, washing Machine, Geyser, and a reliable Wi-Fi connection that helped me carry out my work during the stay. Best part was the power back up. Location: Location was perfect. centrally located. I went to the mall which was few mins walkable. I also saw a movie theater few buildings away I missed it. I recommend Mr. Reddy's place who are searching for your stay in Vizag. I'll definitely book again if I happen to visit Vizag in the future.
