Holiday rentals with a patio in Ramakrishna Beach

Owner was friendly. Love the place. Bery spacious, affordable, clean, peaceful and the guard helped me get basic groceries as well . Carry your own toiletries i would suggest. Otherwise 5/5 thanks shreya

Our stay at this charming coastal retreat was truly delightful. The property was impeccably clean and thoughtfully maintained, offering a serene escape just steps away from the beach. The host was gracious, responsive, and ensured a seamless experience throughout our visit. Local transport options, including autos and cars, were readily accessible, adding to the overall convenience. Mornings were especially magical – enjoying a warm cup of coffee while witnessing the breathtaking sunrise was an experience to cherish.

I really liked this place. it's very near to Novotel. the room I stayed is like single room on terrace. the room is awesome. did good walk on terrace. the location is best. the place has good parking and the watchman helps for anything I wish to stay here again.

It was great experience to stay at Mr.Rao’s property and the communication with Mr.Rao was very smooth with his speedy reply. The apartment is very spacious, super clean, cozy, with good natural lights, breeze and views. The location is very close to the beach, a few minutes down the street only. Still it is quiet with good privacy. I would suggest anyone who visit Visakhapatnam to stay with Mr. Rao. He will look after all your needs and most importantly, he provides a home away from home! We stayed at the villa for three nights and found the experience largely enjoyable. The villa was well-maintained, clean, and offered a comfortable environment for relaxation. However, we were disappointed that the pool was not available in website it’s mention that the pool is available. after talking with host also pool was not provided

I had a wonderful stay at Ocean Park Villa! The ambience was truly relaxing, and the room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The washroom was spotless and hygienic, which made my stay even more comfortable. I loved the kitchen—it felt just like home, with all the essentials provided to cook a meal. The location was perfect, with easy access to transportation for both the city and the beach. Plus, the quiet atmosphere was a huge bonus, making it an ideal spot to unwind. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!

I had a fantastic time staying at ocean park from start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations!! The communication with host was smooth making the booking process hassle free. The amenities provided was top notch & the location was perfect. Overall i had an amazing experience. 👍👍

Ashish's place is one of the best place to stay at Vizag. Great location, clean, spacious, well furnished. We found it better than the photos. Walking distance from good restaurants, Submarine/Airport Museums, RK beach. You can even see those from the flat. Host was very friendly, nice, helpful. He responded quickly to any query. Bread and Milk were available at checkin. It was so nice of him as it made our morning having tea looking at sea. I will definitely recommend to stay at Ashish's at Vizag.

This place was as per description and satified my expectations. 1. Very near to RK beach, just 2 mins walk. 2. All local attractions, like submarine meuseum, aircraft meuseum, vishaka meuseum are walkable. Rest can be accessed easily by auto / cab. 3. Very nearby departmental stores for all daily needs. Like more supermarket, etc. 4. Some good food joints and resturants for breakfast / dinner, lunch, nearby . 5. The place is just like own home, 2 big bedrooms with attached balcony. and a massive living room. 6. The sea is not viewable from room or balcony, but just 2 mins walk you can reach there . So do not consider this as a deterrant. Dont think twice, as a tourist, you would love this place and value for money.

What truly stood out was the availability of chargers, a thoughtful touch for anyone who might forget theirs. Ravi's consideration for guests is evident in every aspect of the stay. The space beautifully blends culture and modern amenities, and the room filled with books was my absolute favorite.

Loved the place..serene and quiet. The property is even better than the pictures. Great host who is always polite and responsive.
