During the summer, bakery, glassware, food truck and music evenings are within walking distance. Nearby is picturesque Kalmar with the Nordic region's best-preserved Renaissance castles and lovely Öland. To the north is one of Sweden's most popular family parks - Astrid Lindgren's World in Vimmerby.

The house is located on a former farm in central Öland with Karum's nature reserve as a neighbor. Nice sandy beaches within bicycle distance. If you want to come here for work in peace, that's fine. We have good and reliable internet. If you have an electric car, you can charge it with our own electricity for 4.5 SEK/kwh.

Close to the sea, Strandtorp or Bjärbybadet not more than a few kilometres away and only 15km to the bridge bracket and less than thirty miles to Kalmar makes it suitable for many different day trips.
