Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Raleigh

My family and I couldn’t have chosen a more beautiful place. The house was immaculate, clean and a home away from home. It had beautiful but simple decor with very necessary amenities. Stan is a great host , kept checking on us throughout. Next time we are in Raleigh we are definitely booking this place again.

5 Stars – A Truly Wonderful Stay! Elizabeth’s home was everything we hoped for and more. From the moment we arrived, it felt welcoming, clean, and thoughtfully prepared. The space was beautifully decorated, with every detail carefully considered—from cozy linens to a well-equipped kitchen. It was clear that Elizabeth genuinely cares about her guests’ comfort. The neighborhood was peaceful and safe, with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and attractions. Communication was smooth and prompt throughout our stay; Elizabeth was always available to answer any questions and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. This Airbnb was PERFECT for my bachelorette weekend! It was already a great find in Raleigh, but once we got there it was even better than the photos! So much more spacious than I could have imagined! We had a group of 12 and there was plenty of space. Everything we wanted to do was only 7-20 minutes from the place and traffic was not bad at all. The host and co-host gave me all of the necessary info before the trip so we were well prepared. They do not allow parties at all and reached out to me when I booked to be sure we would not be partying at the house, when I explained it would only be eating and some board games + sleeping they were more than happy to host us! It was the perfect quiet neighborhood and we were happy to not disturb the peace! I know this is a long post but I simply can not say enough great things about this spot! I would 100% book again! My family is huge and this is by far the best large group Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in!

Everything was just as listed. Very clean! It’s very close to the interstate but there were sound machines in each bedrooms. I would have liked darker blinds and or curtains. The bedrooms were very bright in the morning. All in all a nice place to stay.

There were many great features about this house. Very spacious, free of clutter, shady backyard that was fenced, screened in porch. It is also close to a nature preserve. I would definitely stay there again. Berna is a good host!

Airbnb was in a great location easy to get around everywhere.

Anne's place worked well for our visit to the Raleigh area. Very quiet neighborhood not too far from shopping, groceries, and nice walking trails. Friendly and helpful hosts! Wonderful place to relax after a day of biking, hiking, or visiting family!

Our stay here was enchanting! This historic home is beautiful and if given the chance, we'd love to stay here again. Perfect sleeping quarters, every convenience thought of, plenty of work and lounge space--and play space with the outside trampoline and equipment! Very close to Cat's Cradle in Carrboro for music shows, which is why we stayed here--which worked out perfectly! Thank you for the wonderful stay and sharing your home with us.

Stephen is literally THE BEST host I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying with on Airbnb! He is friendly, helpful, and fantastic. His place is so inviting and interesting to stay at. Tidbits and cool relics all over his space. And if that alone isn’t enough, his sanctuary of a backyard garden will be what sets his place apart from the rest. His place is now one of my favorite saves that I will definitely try to book again in the future should I ever be in the area.

We travelled with young children, and cleanliness is important. Our room, the common area (the living room on the first floor and the shared bathroom we used on the second floor), and the fridge and the laundry facilities are all VERY clean. We appreciated much.

The house was very clean and spacious. It was exactly what my family of 16 needed. I wish we could have stayed longer than the 3 days we were there. It would have been amazing to explore the grounds some more.

We absolutely loved Theresa’s space. It felt centrally located, and only a short drive to any thIng we could want. The kitchen space is a chefs dream, and comes fully equipped. My toddler thoroughly enjoyed the backyard- complete with a mulberry tree! Thanks for letting us stay Theresa, we will surely be back!
