Beautiful property. So close to the biking trails. Peaceful setting. Happy chirping birdies. Well cared for property with a bounty of flora to brighten your spirits.

Stayed for 18 nights, Fantastic place to stay short or long term. Personally my long term stay was perfect. They gave me a off street car park for my work UTE, it has its own access to the unit/room so you can come and go as you please. little kitchenet for cooking, a very big bathroom and a open plan living area. WIFI was super fast and a nice heat pump for heating or cooling. The area was definitely in more of a up market area which makes it feel very safe. It was only a 10min walk to a big Westfield mall or 2 mins by car. Would 100 percent stay again.

Rupert was a great host. Very helpful and let us check out late so I could shower and relax after race. Located in nice neighbourhood close drive to everything. Very quiet.

Was a great stay, the place felt very homely and was such a lovely space. Also very accommodating for my little dog.

We stayed here for a month as were moving to the local area - we couldn't have picked a better Air B and B!! Ruth and Regan were the most amazing hosts. The location is idyllic, close enough to everything you need a short but calm and beautiful surroundings. It is well equipped, clean and spacious. Ruth and Regan checked in regularly with us to make sure all was okay and to answer any questions we had about the place or the local area, and are super friendly and gracious hosts. They were also very accommodating with allowing us to stay with 2 pets that had travelled from the UK with us. Having morning coffee outside whilst listening to the zoo animals nearby is such a treat! We will recommend to any friends and family that visit us. A perfect place to stay when exploring Hamilton and the Waikato region!

Absolutely gorgeous place! We loved our stay here and cannot recommend it enough, we would happily come back and have already sent to link to friends to stay here. Very private, and the outdoor bath was a perfect way to defrost after doing a night time kayak tour. Bed is super comfy too! All the little extras were such a nice touch.

Raglan Bungalow is a special place securely tucked in a peaceful and private oasis that is a mix between tropical beach vibes and comfy country home feel with indoor & outdoor living, connected to nature. The outdoor bathtub is magical especially when the cleansing rain pours. The beautiful decorative designs and kitchenette displays, layout of the bedroom, open outdoor space, living area were all incredibly delightful to experience. Bungalow has the best water pressure shower leaving one feeling super clean and refresh. There were days it was simply relaxing to stay in to enjoy the Bungalow. Kathie's place was ideal for me as I was visiting for work. It's a lovely, peaceful location and I felt very safe and comfortable being there on my own. There is plenty of space and everything is so well laid out it's easy to relax. I won't hesitate to return as her place catered so well for me, especially as I was leaving early in the morning and arriving back later in the evening after a long working day.

We had a great time, experience and most comfortable stay at Kaye’s place. The surrounding was beautiful, peaceful and you feel like right at home. The place was squeaky clean and there was fresh eggs from the backyard hens, many jams to choose from and fresh milk and fresh fruits from the garden which was very thoughful. Kaye was super nice to take us around the property to play and feed the animals (chicken, sheeps and cows). Would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for an amazing stay near waitomo, hamilton, rotorua which are all within short drives. Thanks Kaye for being a wonderful host 😊

Have stayed there about 9 times over the last 6 months. That says it all really. Awesome place in an amazing location. Hosts are friendly and helpful. Has everything I need. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Lovely cottage with everything we needed. Di is a wonderful host and even opened the art gallery in town so we could have a look. Nice extra touches like excellent sheets, homemade cookies and milk in the fridge. 100% recommended.

Private and peaceful Airbnb that is close to nature & farm. Interacted with Fi briefly and was welcome by her dogs. No TV to distract us from the much needed rest during our NZ road trip. Well equipped kitchen with pots & pans, salt & pepper, utensils, fridge, microwave, and induction cooker. No air conditioner, but the temperature is comfortable during our visit. The dining table is outside with motion-sensor lights. Yet to try the outdoor bath but it was well equipped with hot & cold water tap and lights. Highly recommended for couples/ friends short getaway.

We had a fantastic time at Tia‘s and Reuben‘s place despite all the heavy rain over the Easter weekend. Their house is located just outside of Raglan towards the surf beaches, with beautiful views of Mt Kariori, the surrounding hills and the estuary. Very peaceful, you can hear the ocean and the sheep. The apartment is impeccably clean, tastefully furnished and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The amazing pool is definitely a plus. We loved walking the trail through the reserve to the beach that starts across the street. Lovely to have freshly picked fejoas waiting for us in the fridge on our arrival. Raglan is always well worth a trip and we will definitely be back to stay at Katiori views. Thank you, Tia and Reuben.

Lovely and peaceful stay in a clean two-bedroom villa. The self check-in was easy, and there was plenty of parking. Surrounded by a quiet farm with orange trees, morning mist, and the sound of cows—such a relaxing atmosphere. Towels and a vacuum cleaner were provided, so we could tidy up before leaving. Highly recommend.

Loved our stay here. Godfrey and Crystal were both welcoming and very friendly. The cottage was delightful and extremely well appointed. We felt very comfortable. It is in a lovely peaceful setting. Our dog enjoyed his stay there too. We look forward to visiting again.

Karen runs a beautiful quiet retreat amongst gorgeous gardens just 5km from Raglan township with rural views. The studio is spacious, has a comfortable bed, chairs to lounge in, lovely views, nice linen and a kitchenette. Karen provides a generous breakfast with local produce and nice little treats to eat. We stayed in the winter and the heat pump kept us warm. We were able to just collapse and do very little, enjoy puzzles, games, reading and Netflix as well as going into the village for yummy food and fun shopping. We are certainly coming again.
