Car to Smögen, Hunnebo, Bovallstrand in 10-15 minutes. Nordens Ark is 2 kilometers away. The price is for 1 cottage. The large cottage has 4-5 beds, a double bed and a 2+1 bed. Small charming house from 1909. The ground floor has a hall, kitchen with a wood stove, living room, and bedroom. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a cellar, a living room with fireplace and a toilet with shower and washing machine. The open plot of 7000 m2 slopes southwards, has a stream and a pond, beautifully located in a quiet place between fields, mountains and forests. The track from Hunnebostrands passes on two sides. A beautiful walk through the forest leads into the community, about 1.5 km.

If you want to hike or bike, Sotelden is close by and Ramsvikslandets nature reserve is 9.2 km away. Nordens Ark is 15 minutes by car, as is Kungshamn, Smögen & Bovallstrand. It is also close to Fjällbacka.

Small apartment of 19 sqm with proximity to both forest and sea. Close to nice walking paths, swimming and plenty of mushrooms in the fall :) The apartment has a fantastic patio where you can barbecue and enjoy the sun. About 10 km to Lysekil center. Outdoor sauna is available to use at the neighboring house. It has a washing machine, dishwasher, AC and combined micro/oven. Possibility to sleep 2 adults and 2 children. Slightly cramped but it's working. Note: only 2 meters in ceiling height in the center.

Newly built tiny house - perfect accommodation for those who want to access a home out of the ordinary! The house offers a spectacular view with the forest as the nearest neighbor. Despite its few square meters, there is a simple kitchen, dining area, toilet and a comfortable and secluded sleeping area with a bed of 140 cm. Outside, there is also a separate balcony, private outdoor shower with hot water and cold water and a larger gravelled patio with outdoor furniture and barbecue.

Modern house close to the Åby fjord in Brodalen. The house lies between pink granite rocks with beautiful views over the surrounding nature. 25 min by car to Lysekil and 5 min to the closest grocery store. Brodalen is the Mekka of Swedish rockclimbing with several wellknown routes. The location also offers vicinity to hiking paths in the forests with walking distance to Röe Gård. Please note that you need to bring your own bed linen as well as clean the house at the end of your visit.
