Honey House is located in the small original village of Jural near Kanfanar above the beautiful Lim Fjord. Honey House was once a traditional Istrian stone house which was restored and rebuilt in 2019 for your perfect holiday. The interior of the house is furnished with a combination of modern and rustic furniture, and the garden with an outdoor pool, a table and chairs for dining, a sofa and armchairs is the perfect place for an unforgettable holiday.

Apartment NINAS is located in a small quiet place Radovani where in the morning you can wake up to chirping birds. The apartment comprises of a large fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher available), living room with sofa bed for 1-2 persons, rooms with double bed and a bathroom (washing machine available). In front of the property is a covered terrace where you can have coffee in the shade of kiwi in the morning. Possibility to use 2 bicycles (free).

We have fulfilled a dream and created a holiday home with a lot of love and according to our ideas. A new house in the typical style of the Istrian region with a fantastic view of the landscape to the sea. This includes a large heated infinity pool for your sole use and a spacious outdoor kitchen with barbecue. Note: Pool can be heated from April to October. Heating costs €20 for max 12 hours/day and will be charged additionally.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
