Villa Katarina & Luka is part of the old stone house constructed 1937., and was completely renovated and upgraded 2010., where attention was paid to natural materials, stone and wood, and that he does not disturb the native style. Villa Katarina & Luka is composed of a ground floor, first floor and attic of 110 m2. Capacity is 4 people. The ground floor consists of living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom (shower, toilet), from the living room open onto a covered terrace overlooking the garden, patio and pool. Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. This is an excellent place to stay as a home base for your Istrian adventures - Porec is only 15 minutes away, Pula and Rovinj are only 45 minutes by car. We really liked the backyard garden with lounging chairs and an outdoor BBQ kitchen. Two bathrooms are handy for the whole family. Take advantage of the Butiga store right next door to get fresh bread in the morning - it will blow you away! And you can purchase some local goods like olive oil from the hosts.

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful holiday home in Croatia and highly recommend it! The location is just perfect – quiet and picturesque, ideal for a relaxing retreat. The house itself is superbly equipped and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a well-equipped kitchen. The view from the house is breathtaking and invites you to linger. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

From the first to the last contact, Hope and Velibor took great care of our well-being, responded to questions - no matter what - immediately. We also found it very nice that the bathrooms were equipped with toothbrushes/pasta, shower gel and soaps. There were also plenty of toilet paper and bath towels for the beach. In the kitchen there was a welcome greeting with two bottles of wine, cheeses, salamis, ham, olive oil provided for us. The house with its lovingly furnished furniture, accessories and also the beautifully landscaped outdoor facilities with pool and various seating areas invited you to linger with the family and also sometimes alone. Also nice is the barbecue area, which can be used with a cozy seating set protected from rain. A pool table was often used by us! We felt very comfortable and are very happy to recommend this house with its owners! We liked it so much that we'd love to come back👍🤗

Very friendly welcome from Zlatko and Sonia. Beautiful cottage, very complete and lovely garden with swimming pool. They gave us good tips for shopping and restaurants and also a delicious bottle of rose from a nearby winemaker. We had a very nice time and felt very welcome. Very worthwhile, everything in Istria is easily accessible and the house is a nice base. The cottage itself is wonderful to chill, very nicely suited for 2 people and very completely furnished. Thank you, Zlatko and Sonia!

The communication to get to the accommodation was precise and with perfect directions. We met Marino and his wife and they are fantastic hosts, always ready to help and give any information. The accommodation is in the countryside, in a quiet area that we liked very much, you can reach the tourist destinations in about 15 minutes. We found the accommodation very clean and tastefully furnished, every useful accessory was placed inside, with impeccable order. It has a patio available to the apartment, with exceptional tranquility and covered parking on the property. We really liked this apartment and location, we will definitely come back and recommend it to everyone: go and try it, staying at Marino's house was an experience to be repeated.

We were in the holiday home with 4 adults and 4 children and the space was perfect for this. The kids (ages 4.5 and 6 years old) have had the vacation of their lives and so have we as parents. A quiet location with amenities in the village such as a butcher, a small supermarket and a bakery. It is only a short drive to Porec.

Very nice place to stay in a quiet environment. Beaches and excursion destinations such as Motovun, Grozjnan, Rovinj, ….. are easily accessible. Everything in the property is as described. (You should only point out the steep spiral staircase, as it may not be suitable for people with limited mobility.) Beautiful garden. Useful wheels for excursions are also provided. Nataša is a very friendly and generous hostess, she is also always available.
