The house is just great. Just as described, rather better. The heated pool allows you to play in the water for hours. Children can be supervised from the shaded seating area. The many other play options in and around the house allow you to spend entire days without boredom. The air conditioning keeps the house pleasantly cool and can be individually controlled. The equipment is in top condition. Ivan is a great host and responds in record time. We were there as a family with 5 adults and two children and would like to come back.

We had a great stay! The accommodation was super nice, very clean and in a great location. The handover went smoothly and if there were any questions or small problems, someone was immediately available - always friendly and helpful. We especially liked the many tips and recommendations from Benjamin about activities and restaurants in the area – this made our stay even better. Clear recommendation!

Wonderful stay – highly recommended! We had a great stay at the place. The villa was very clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The location was ideal – quiet, but still close to the sea The check-in went smoothly and Gabi was always friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back!

We would highly recommend staying at Matteo's place. It's a beautiful house that was so we'll equipped. The kitchen had all the utensils you could need and we cooked for 5 on a couple of nights with ease. Everything was spotlessly clean and there were some really nice touches, like slippers in the rooms and the welcome hamper was a real treat. All in all, a wonderful stay with a beautiful pool in a peaceful setting. Highly recommended!

Host is very helpful and communicative. The place is great but bring good shoes as the entire town is not easy to walk through and be ready to climb no matter where you go. Pool is great, spa is lovely. Goran is super nice

The accommodation was very reasonable for the price and very large for two people. The pool and garden were perfectly designed for relaxation. Martin was always available for us. All in all, we liked it very much, and would gladly come again.

As a family of five, we spent 14 days in the beautiful Villa Sentona. The house is beautifully furnished, with great taste and many useful details. It is bigger than it looks in the photos. The beds were very comfortable and everything was exceptionally clean. The garden has grown in the meantime and offers not only privacy but also a relaxing ambience. The pool was amazing and was cleaned several times a week. Everything was perfect, we absolute reccomend Villa Sentona and Boris, he is a very nice host.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks with our family in this house. Had super nice weather and everything you can think of was present in the house of Natalija and her family. Close to Labin, I think one of the best located places in Istria! We enjoyed the beach in Rabac, good restaurants nearby and from here very exploring Istria, Rovinj, Pula etc. Also seen the plitvice lakes and that is 5 hours up and down but worth it. Had a very nice time! Thank you!

Nice apartment separate from main house with holiday apartments. Not super airy because it’s on the ground floor but totally ok for a few nights and you have a lovely private terrace. Liked the German 80s charm. City beach and old town of Porec in walking distance. Good communication and helpful host (didn’t meet Branko but his wife).

The house is nicely located on a hill. You can walk along the water to the old town in fifteen minutes. A nice walk that won't get bored. The cottage is very complete and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you might need. Great beds. Mladen is a nice and customer-friendly host. Thanks for the refreshing welcome drink!

We were already in Nejc's beautiful house for the second time. It's simply an oasis of well-being! A great house that was furnished with a lot of taste. Everything you need to feel comfortable is there. The idyllic garden has delighted us every morning and our dog loves it there. To get to the coast, you have to plan 20 minutes by car, but it is definitely worth it. Nejc is a great host who is always available and yet absolutely preserves the privacy of his guests. We had a wonderful holiday (and honeymoon!) at Casa Valla. We were so warmly welcomed and it was a such a pleasure to meet Matea, her father, Elvis and her mother. We were made to feel so at home and they even gave us kind and thoughtful honeymoon gifts! ❤️ The property is spotlessly clean, fresh and modern with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. The beds are large & very comfortable, the shower was powerful with hot water at all times. We especially loved the spacious pool, barbeque area and the view over the fields to the hills. It was quiet and peaceful but only a 5-10 mins walk to either a large supermarket or up the hill to the old town. There were many walking routes and trails, so if you love walking this is a great spot. However, the thing that made Casa Valla most special for us was the hosts and their warmth, kindness and the real pride they take in their property. We would recommend Casa Valla anyone who wants a peaceful, relaxing holiday in a beautiful place ❤️

We were at this beautiful place for a week at the end of May with our dog. On arrival, it is a bit hidden, despite the navigation, but the photos from Ivan's bird's eye view were very helpful and we found it quickly. The dear owner, who lives in the back, welcomed us with nice gifts and would have been there immediately if we had any questions or other needs, but was otherwise very reserved. The house has a good kitchen with all the trimmings and has a new and very nice bathroom. A wonderful garden and the sea on your doorstep, what more could you want. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the week

A Beautiful house quite close to the sea and in a quiet and peaceful part of Poreč. It offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a private garden. The entire place is spotless, clean and comfortable. The owners were very understanding when we needed to adjust the check-in time and helpful with providing advice about the local attractions. A nice large house with private pool and jacuzzi. Great for a large group! Perfectly equipped kitchen and outdoor kitchen. Because of the location of the house, a car is necessary for activities, it is very quiet but also a little away from the beach and the center of the village. We will be happy to come back.

great host and very nice apartment!

We had a wonderful 9 days with Boban, Vesna and Bonny (sweetest female dog). It met all our requirements and we were on the beach in 5 minutes or in the city in 10 minutes. It is located behind the landlord's house and we had no problem with that. The two landlords were very welcoming and we had great conversations and recommendations. You can always approach the two! The only thing was that sometimes we had to maneuver the car because everyone parks parallel across from each other. But we've had worse

The house is incredibly beautiful and right in the neighboring village of Pula. It is super quiet and the sea is a 10-minute walk away. We felt incredibly comfortable and enjoyed the house very much
