Everything is taken care of in detail and you can see the care with which it is designed to make guests feel at home. The surroundings are even more special: a charming town of Cantabria, with an idyllic landscape that invites you to disconnect, breathe pure air and enjoy the silence. We also want to highlight David, the host, for his closeness, kindness and availability at all times. It is very much appreciated to find people like that when you travel. It's been a wonderful stay. If your after peace in a rural setting in a Spanish style house this is for you. Turn up and chill out. Lots to see in the area BUT you absolutely need a car and expect to drive a decent distance.

We had a great stay, the house was very clean and Jose was such a lovely guy. He was always contactable. He gave us lots of recommendations on things to do and places to visit which we did and throughly enjoyed them all. The pool was beautiful and our kids really enjoyed it. Check in and out was flexible which was excellent.

We were very comfortable in the accommodation. The house was impeccable, it had everything, towels, the kitchen was equipped with all the utensils, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom had shampoo and gel. The truth is we rested and Magda was very kind.

A very nice accommodation, incredible views and the owner was very friendly, he even made us a cake and left us some eggs.

It was a pleasure to stay at this apartment! Rossana is incredibly kind, she met us near the building and made us feel welcome right away. Communication was smooth from the start, and we even had the chance to check in a bit earlier. We stayed for two nights with our cat, so one of the biggest advantages of this place is that it’s pet-friendly, which we really appreciated! The apartment was clean and cozy, perfectly located near Riaño and not too far from Picos de Europa. We definitely recommend this place!

The house is just perfect! Lovingly renovated and furnished to an absolutely high standard with many details. Breathtaking location on the slope with a view of the mountains to the south. The owners Carlos and Sara have thought of everything and were always available and helpful when needed. We would have liked to have stayed longer and plan to come back!

This place is magical, as if from another time, a place of absolute tranquility and the perfect place to find peace and simply enjoy the dreamlike surroundings. Upon my arrival, I was surprised by my hosts with a cider tasting, according to the tradition of Asturias, the rest of the bottle I drank in the evening in this absolute silence, indescribably beautiful. Fresh flowers on the table, how loving and thoughtful. The house has a very special energy. Thank you for the time with you, I will surely come back.

Beautiful accommodation with everything you need. We really enjoyed all 3 outdoor seating areas and always had a choice of whether to choose the view towards Potes (at night), or relax on the loungers with a view of the mountains, or the covered seating area if we wanted to avoid the direct sun. We really enjoyed our stay.

It was a good experience. Noelia is very nice and answered all the questions. Even sending photos of what was in the kitchen so we didn't have to bring too much, etc. He also let us leave later so we took advantage of the last day. The house is incredible, it has everything you could possibly need and more. The incredible garden overlooking the mountain and the super nice surroundings. You have trails nearby, but you can also take the car and in 10 minutes you have trails with waterfalls, etc. The supermarket is a bit far away, but with a car you can easily get there and you can also visit the villages with super good restaurants, etc. The rooms are very good, everything is very clean and comfortable with views in each one. And the living room with the fireplace is really an incredible area to be at night with plenty of room. It really is an incredible house, we had a great time. Thank you Noelia for such a good experience. We'll be back!

It is a beautiful house in the heart of the beautiful village of Potes, very clean and with a beautiful decoration. Mely was a very good host and informed us very well. Highly recommended.

We spent 6 days at Maria's house and we loved it. Fully equipped to make you feel comfortable during your stay. Very quiet area. A few kilometers from the most tourist spots to visit in the area. I would definitely recommend it.

I think this is one of the best airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in and I’m not sure words can describe how amazing this place is. The view is just breathtaking and Jaime is incredibly friendly and helpful. You will also be surprised to see that the lovely animals greet you at your arrival on the first day. Their dog and cat are so friendly. It’s a heritage house full of history and family memories. Everything is just wonderful and I wish I could spent more time here.

If you are looking for a quiet, historical, peaceful experience in northern Spain, this is it. The stone house is modernized and comfortable with three bedrooms and two and a half baths. The kitchen is excellent and it was wonderful to have an outdoor space to eat and lounge and enjoy the setting. We stayed five days and there are endless day trips to take to nearby towns, beaches, mountains, markets and restaurants. Diego was a fantastic host and Marta opened the house for us. Both responded immediately to any of our needs. We loved it.

Such a beautiful place! The property is just like in the photos — cozy and exactly as described. If you're looking to get away from the city, breathe in fresh mountain air, and enjoy peaceful nature and amazing views, this is the spot. We absolutely loved our stay! We travelled with our 2 children and Lisa’s house was perfectly set up! The house had everything you needed to make it a homely stay! The place was spotless! The balcony with great views over the mountain was perfect to wind down after a day of adventures! Lisa was also so helpful in providing guidance on routes nearby for walks / running. We will definitely be back.

We loved our stay. The view from the living area is spectacular. I really enjoyed mornings and evenings with the windows open and the view overlooking the mountains. The house was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The hosts were so kind and even went out of their way to give our kids welcome treats. They also gave us recommendations for hikes, including kid-friendly hikes, and restaurants in the area. Would recommend this place to anyone.

We spent the weekend at Andreea's house and it couldn't have been better!! We were a group of 12 friends celebrating 30 and the place is spectacular. Both the house, which is as it appears in the pictures, even more beautiful! Like the area in which it is located, it is a marvel. In the middle of nature, with many beautiful routes to do and water activities on the lake as well. Although when we went, the season wasn't open yet, but there is that possibility. And Andreea couldn't have been nicer! He was always available and gave us a lot of recommendations. He welcomed us and showed us the whole house and was available and attentive at all times. We fell in love with this place! I hope to return soon!!

A fantastic place to disconnect in a privileged setting. Ricardo and his wife greeted us with kindness and every detail. The house has all kinds of comforts and everything was very clean. Definitely a place to repeat!!

A home made with a lot of touch, you can see that it's designed by an architect. The living room is very spacious, the rooms enough for the 6 we were (in fact we would enter 8). Perfect home for both families and friends and both Rosa and her husband have been in touch in case we need anything. We promise to get the pellets on next time. We will be back!
