Oscar was a great host. He offered great recommendations for local dining and activities. The location is walkable to a wonderful bakery for morning coffee and great for getting to anywhere in the city. It was clean and easy to access. I would definitely recommend this place and Oscar as a host.

Lugar recomendable, las instalaciones son muy bonitas y en buen estado y lo más importante es que todo está muy limpio. Esta cerca del centro y cerca del lugar hay varios lugares para comer.

Very safe place to vacation. Getting there was a bit tricky, but once you do it once, it’s easy to get there.

Great place to stay. Private surroundings, balcony was a great place to sit and relax. Looks of great restaurants on the street, and a fantastic place to grab coffee right across the street. A bit of a walk from right downtown - but taxis were available and inexpensive. Overall a great stay.

Nice location, security, well maintained and clean. Need pots and pans to cook. We had to go and purchase our own. TV in living area would be a great addition to the condo unit. We would stay here again.

Carolina fue amigable , me sentí como en casa y sobre todo la predisposición de Carolina para nuestras inquietudes, siempre al pendiente , zona muy tranquila. super recomendable . A pocas cuadras esta la 5ta y varias playas cercas ,super mercados cerca .

El alojamiento es lindo y cómodo, está a las afueras del centro, pero llevábamos vehículo, así que en 10minutos llegábamos. Lo mejor es PET friendly y tienen una pequeña área de jardín con hamaca y una mesa alta muy agradable.

We had a wonderful stay at Diego & Marina's place. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The complex is secure and has a beautiful, jungle like feel. Getting there was easy and it was within walking distance to many great restaurants! We would definitely come back the next time we're in Tulum. Very happy! 😊

Loved this place! Perfect for our group of four adults and three young children. Child-friendly pool with shade and shallow areas. Beautiful beach next door. Kitchen has all the gadgets we needed. Only drawback is the distance to grocery stores and restaurants. But there is always Uber!

Buen lugar para descansar y pasar momentos el la alberca, con un espacio grande para los autos, la casa cuenta con todo lo necesario para estar bien los días es estadía, con lugares cercas como el Convento de San Bernardino de Siena y a pocos minutos del centro.

I had a great stay at Xalet Tulum Luxury Apartments. The unit was exactly as advertised—modern, clean, and comfortable. It’s in a quiet area and within walking distance to food and essentials, which made things very convenient. One issue came up: I got stuck in the elevator for over an hour. Thankfully, the host was responsive and reimbursed me for one night, which I appreciated. Some areas of the property were closed off due to construction, so I couldn’t access the full grounds, but everything I did use was well maintained. The rooftop pool was a nice bonus and perfect for relaxing. Overall, it was a beautiful place with good service and just a minor hiccup. I’d stay again

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement, celui-ci est propre et très bien équipé. Le logement est proche des commerces, la mer, les restaurants.. Juliana est très réactive si vous avez besoin de renseignements.

El departamento es todavía mejor que en las fotos 😊 Me quedé durante tres semanas trabajando de manera remota, y me sentí muy cómoda. Además del departamento, el edificio es muy lindo y está perfectamente ubicado. Todo lo necesario se encuentra a menos de una cuadra. Hay un GoMart 24 hs justo abajo. Sin dudas volvería!

Yum Balan in Holbox was excellent! Perfect location, steps from the beach. Comfortable and clean accommodations, plus incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Being so close to the water made our Holbox experience unforgettable. Highly recommend!

Clean, nice, and adorable. Sarah and Gerzon provide very good instructions on how to find the location, and are very responsive! I was only there for a few hours as I had a late night and and early flight, but the neighborhood appeared very safe. People were jogging and riding bikes in the morning. Right next to some great resorts that you can easily get a day pass to enjoy the amenities. Will be back !

Beautiful place to spend a few days in Playa del Carmen!

This place was perfect for our trip! The apartment was spotlessly clean—everything felt fresh and well-maintained. We loved the convenient location; 8 min using uber to downtown or you can walk if you like walking. The host was super responsive and even left a helpful guide with local recommendations. Would definitely stay here again!

Una experiencia inolvidable! Nuestra estadía en este lugar fue de lo más acogedor. El depa estuvo de maravilla, todo estuvo increíble. Nuestro host estuvo de lo más atento. Mi familia y yo estamos súper agradecidos y felices por nuestra estadía en tan bello departamento. Lo recomiendo al 100%.
