Aparthotel holiday rentals in Quintana Roo

This was our first time travelling with two little kids (4 and 1). This location was great as it had a pool, elevator for our stroller, and was a core floor so no stairs. We easily could go to the pool with our stroller and walk to the beach. We also walked to the grocery store and made food in the condo. We loved our stay!

We had a great stay at Tamy's place and could not recommend it enough. It was very comfortable for 5 adults for a four-night stay. Tamy provided drinking water and coffee which was super helpful. The views are spectacular, especially from the rooftop terrace. The pool area has lots of seating, but be sure to head down early if you want to sit in the shade or at the beach. The poolside restaurant has a huge variety of food and drinks, and the convenience store next to the security guard station is well equipped. OXXO is right across the street if you need anything additional. Everyone entering the property has to be checked in by a security guard, so we felt extremely safe. We did have some issues with the elevator working one day, so be sure to carry the emergency key with you just in case. If you are looking for a great local restaurant, head across the street to Navios. Everything on the menu was so delicious, we went back twice. Thank you, Tamy, we had a great stay!

Great place to stay. A few minor problems during my 4 month stay and Laura responded in under an hour. Usually in under 5 minutes. She was excellent in every aspect. Had a great stay and will recommend it to anyone considering booking with Laura

It was a very pleasant place to stay, I like that Alado has a coffee for breakfast. The very good installation, has several amenities that it describes. And very close to ADO.

CONVENIENT LOCATION IF YOU DON 'T WANT MUCH LOUD, IT'S NOT SO LOUD FROM THE 5AV. THERE ARE RULES OF COEXISTENCE, THERE IS ONLY A SHOWER LEAK AND THE ENTIRE BATHROOM FLOOR IS WET, WHICH I HAD A SMALL ACCIDENT THAT I DID NOT GO TO A MAJOR, COST- STAY WOULD SAY THAT WELL, THE PHOTOS ALWAYS MAKE THE PLACE MAGIC ALTHOUGH THE PLACE IS NOT BAD ONLY THE PHOTOS MAKE IT LOOK MORE BEAUTIFUL.

nice quiet get away with great outdoor space.

it was a simple hotel for our last night and we chose something basic because we had to leave at 6am. Location was very close to the airport and very convenient.

I stayed for 2 nights with Federico and felt welcome and home from the very first moment. It is a quiet and calm place just few steps from the beach and with a very nice rooftop place to relax. The rooms are spacious and very clean, aircondition and WiFi worked great. Federico was a great host and his recommendations and tips were very helpful. I will for sure look for this place again whenever I return to El Cuyo.

Everything was perfect. It seems a little high, but I understand that the area is very exclusive.

Place is very nice and very spacious. Great wrap around patio and rooftop spaces. Right on 5th so its entertaining - a bit noisy at night till around 3am but anyone who visits playa should know the closer you are the action that some noise comes with the territory. Simona is helpful and communicative. Place is great and would stay again.

This Airbnb provides a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the mystic of Tulum’s jungle while enjoying comfort and luxury. A good bed is always my priority these king size bed and twin beds to not disappoint. The rooms are spacious and right outside the balcony is 25 m pool. Climb to the top of the terrace and enjoy the hot tub or a hammock. The location is private and very secure. The Airbnb location is at a cross road .. Behind In the jungle are the Tulum magical ruins, to the left is the Zona Hotelera road with absolutely amazing beach clubs and restaurants, to the right is the road into Tulum proper, And to the left the road to Playa Carmen and Cancun. If you are a fan of cenotes there are at least 8 which I saw. The host has graciously put all the necessary information into I notebook you will find on the spacious wood dining room table. All of this is wonderful but the best part is the communication. Yenifer is quick to respond, professional and kind. This Airbnb is a fantastic value and a treasured spot you will return to time and time again.

Federico is a really good host, very friendly and fun, he goes above and beond to make you feel like at home, the hotel is in an amazing location right on a beach and you can get anywhere around here by foot, lots of great restaurants right around the corner, would recomend!

Absolutely amazing! The view, the amenities and the peacefulness was well worth not being right on the beach. Woke up every morning to the beautiful sounds of the birds and the jungle. It was so easy to relax and know that everything you needed was there already.

I stayed for a month and it was perfectly comfortable for working from home & accessing conveniences like the OXXO in the same building, and great food within walking distance. The washer/dryer combo was a unique touch as compared to all the other places I’ve stayed in Tulum.

Highly recommend the place, great location, very clean and the hosts very attentive.

Reserving us less than 24 hours in advance, responded quickly and gave us the information we needed to before arriving. When we were already in Cancun he sent us a wsp message confirming our reservation and commented that if we needed help we could look for it out there: the first room B223 Had problems: the bathroom smelled a lot, the bed squeaked too much and we didn't have hot water, but the host took care in advance to change us and give us a much better one. The reception guys were always very attentive to us answering our questions, and giving us the amenities we needed. We went for a makeupist congress, and although the location was uncomfortable since every time we wanted to take a truck we had to walk 1 km towards the main avenue, it didn't present much problem for our day to day. Although the post very ambiguously mentioned that there is a pool, there is but it is very old, and they do not want to be used.

It is a spacious accommodation, with everything you need to spend a few quiet days on the beach. We would definitely come back, Oscar was always attentive and they were very kind in everything we needed.
