Holiday rentals with a sauna in Quintana Roo

THE APARTMENT: Very nice, spacious, clean and well stocked with everything needed by our family for a weeklong stay. Wireless internet worked fine to do remote work. The cart to load/pull things throughout the complex was extremely useful. Only negative was the firmness of the double-bed mattresses, but that’s relative and not a deal-breaker. THE GROUNDS: Mareazul community was peaceful, private, safe, and absolutely gorgeous. Our family loved the pools, the beachfront, the wildlife, and the on-site restaurant. We didn’t take advantage of other amenities like the gym or spa. THE HOST: Mabel was attentive, gave clear instructions early, and communicated well. Her responsiveness slowed down noticeably after check in though, for unknown reasons. We really enjoyed staying at Mabel’s apartment and would happily return for a similar rate. 👍🏼

11/10 recommend! Room was exactly as pictured, cozy and had everything needed. The property couldn’t have been better. 2 pools. Free 3 story gym, spa that you were able to use their amenities free for an hour a day and restaurant onsite that had amazing food and drinks. Quick 5 minute walk to La Valeta strip that had amazing food and drink options. Was about a 5 minute scooter ride to the beach and down town centro Tulum. Host was extremely responsive and helpful with recommendations for first timers in Tulum. Will definitely be staying here again in the future! You will not be disappointed.

Fue una estancia maravillosa, falto un poquito de limpieza pero creo que fue un descuido en cocina, pero todo genial. Ubicacion excelenter a espaldas de coco bongo y justo al lado de quinta avenida.

Our stay in playacar was incredible. The condo was beautiful, clean and a great place to relax during our stay. There was so much to do in the surrounding areas of playa del Carmen and many choices to eat and shop. We loved how safe we felt in the playacar community and how we could chose from a relaxing day by the pool or having a fun adventure in a Cenote! We would definitely return and recommend! Our host Asaf was incredibly responsive and helpful with recommendations for places to go and also tips to make our trip easy and relaxing. We took many of his suggestions about where to eat and the places to visit as well as things like where to shop and how to use the atms etcetera. I wish all hosts were this helpful! It made our trip that much more enjoyable. Thank you so much!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an absolutely incredible stay at this Airbnb in Playa del Carmen! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The air conditioning and WiFi worked perfectly, and the bed was super comfortable. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach, amazing restaurants, and vibrant nightlife, but still tucked away enough to be peaceful at night. The neighborhood felt very safe and friendly. Our host was amazing—responsive, helpful, and full of great local recommendations. Check-in was seamless, and they even left a few thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. If you're visiting Playa del Carmen, do yourself a favor and book this place. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Excelente lugar todo muy lindo tal cual como las fotos, es un lugar tranquilo si es lo que buscas, nosotros viajamos en familia con niños y una persona de la tercera edad y la verdad fue una experiencia extraordinaria ya que todos disfrutaron de la comodidad y la exclusividad de las instalaciones, el anfitrión siempre estuvo muy atento a mis dudas antes de la reservación y durante mi estancia, un lugar muy recomendable.

This place is an absolute gem. The condo is stunning and well maintained. The room is very nicely decorated and comfortable for very long stays. Ivan is very attentive to anything that is needed and is very responsive. Check in is extremely easy. The location is fantastic. Hard to beat, extremely pleasant stay and would 100% stay again! I'd highly recommend to anyone. :)

The apartment was clean, beautiful and exactly as pictured. We especially loved the large balcony, which offered a view of the pool, but was also very private. We enjoyed the restaurants across the street and felt very safe. We were travelling with two young kids and the two bedroom set-up worked well for us. I will say the second bedroom doesn’t have a ton of privacy (slatted door with no noise barrier), so while it was perfect for our toddler, I could see that it might be challenging for adults. Many reviews say the apartment is close to the beach and 5th avenue. At the time that we were there the “shuttle” to those places was out of service, so it was a ~25 min walk minimum. This wasn’t ideal to do everyday with two toddlers so I wish we would have known that in advance. Also, the “pool bar/restaurant” was never open during our stay - I did ask the host about it but didn’t end up getting an answer. Again, just some inconveniences that you would hope to avoid traveling with kids.

El estudio es tal como se muestra en las fotos, cuenta con todas las amenidades que se indican. Está en una excelente ubicación, a unos pasos de la quinta avenida. La comunicación con Erick es buena y las indicaciones precisas. Sin duda regresaría!

El departamento está en una zona tranquila,además está súper equipado y de fácil acceso y lo mejor que la playa nos tocó con mínimo sargazo.

Rene's place was great! The location was easy to find and felt very safe with friendly front desk staff. The AC worked great and the space was clean and comfortable. The pools and common areas of the property were fun to have access to and were never crowded. The building is walking distance to many restaurants and shops. There was a bike and scooter rental business less than a block away, as well as many convenience stores and a bank if you need access to an ATM with low fees. Rene was an excellent communicator, providing clear entry instructions and responding almost immediately when I had a few questions. All around a wonderful stay!

Great place! Wasn't sure what i was getting into when we first pulled up as we'd never been to PDC before. Turns out we were 5 easy blocks from the beach and 5th Avenue which is where all the action is for tourist food and festivities. The place is also surrounded by 'local' food and fare as well - El Fogon is 2 blocks away, Walmart is 2 blocks away, many local tiendas from right downstairs to blocks away. Very clean - A/C's were working - had an issue with a drawer (at 7am) and Allen had it fixed within an hour. The balcony got great AM sun - i spent most of my time while there on the balcony just because we came from the North and i desired heat. But ... this place is not for those seeking solitude and silence, though. It's very loud with street noise. The tour busses start coming by at 7am and don't stop until about 9pm. All day. Everyday. But if you stayed closer to 5th Avenue you'd have to deal with the club music so it's a toss up. We had a blast and loved all of it!

El lugar esta muy bonito, privado y tranquilo... Tiene varios baños en los 2 pisos, aire condicionado, un jacuzzi privado en el Master bedroom. Una Infiniti-pool en area compartida en la parte de arriba y otra alberca en la planta baja. En caso de traer varias maletas o manadado, el lugar tiene elevador... mas aparte un vigilante en el mostrador 24/7 y hay un Oxxo abierto las 24hrs en la glorieta fuera de la caseta principal. Eramos 9 en total y todos les encanto el area e instalaciones.

Mely and Woody’s place was just as described. Beautiful double balconies, all of the amenities you could need for a great day at the beach. The restaurant suggestions of Los Amigos and La Bamba…don’t miss these spots the food and service were too notch! The place is within walking distance of all the Cancun party fun yet far enough away that you can get a good nights sleep in the comfy bedding. Great easy check-in, and transportation arrangements were seamless. If we could give Gustavo 5 stars we would do that too! If we are ever back in Cancun we would surely stay here again.

I loved staying at this property. The space is beautiful and thoughtfully decorated. Plenty of room. Good furniture. Great private outdoor spaces. Great, safe location in Aldea Zama. Strong wifi--never had a problem connecting. Amazing and gracious hosts. Serena, Alfonso and Santiago were on top of everything and immediately responded to and addressed the couple of mechnical hiccups I had during my one month stay. I felt right at home.

We had a great stay, everything was clean and it was clear the limits on aircon use etc. (As there are 4 rooms with aircon, 3 bedrooms and the living room, it’s not possible to have aircon during the night in the bedrooms as you will go over the limit immediately). One aircon running is about 2kw per hour for those who are wondering so be aware for the hot months. Julieta was very responsive and friendly and we had a good check in and check out experience. The water pressure was not very good on the first floor but other than that there was always enough hot water for all of us and the kitchen was very well equipped with even a kettle and toaster which we really appreciated :) The community children’s playroom was a huge plus for us as well as the community pool, there are two different pools with shade at different times of the day so it was great for the kids. Also little extras like beach umbrellas and she provided more than enough towels which was great:) Def would stay again!

El lugar está muy bonito, fui con mi familia y nos sentimos como en casa. Cuenta con todos los servicios y proporcionan muchas cosas que te sirven para ocupar en la playa. Alonso contestaba muy pronto las dudas que teníamos. Excelente y confortable lugar, sin duda volvería a hospedarme. Lo recomiendo ampliamente

Ame la atención de los anfitriones, me salvaron de no pasar la noche en el carro junto con 7 jovencitas, el Airbnb que rente para mis vacaciones nos hizo pasar un mal momento y tuvimos que dejarlo, contacte a los anfitriones en altas horas de la noche y fueron accesibles y rápidos nos facilitaron todo para habitar el departamento en menos de 10 min 🤗 fueron ángeles para nosotros, el lugar es cómodo seguro y con indicaciones súper claras y precisas, están en contacto y disponibles siempre, los recomiendo 100%

Excelente! mi familia y yo amamos el lugar, sumamente cómodo y bonito, limpio y ordenado! Fue justo lo que necesitábamos, tanto la casa como la zona muy tranquilas y Juan Manuel siempre muy amable, atento y disponible, listo para apoyarnos en cualquier momento, así como el personal muy amable también. 100% recomendado, sin duda alguna lo elegiría nuevamente.

Sonny was amazing from beginning to end, super friendly and incredibly responsive. The place looks exactly like the pictures, and has 24 hr security… who are super friendly and helpful as well. Loved that we were able to walk to nearby restaurants and convenience stores. Sonny had endless recommendations making our girls trip so much smoother. His transportation recommendation saved us everyday, the chef, the marachi band, the masseuse, all beautiful. Our experience was nothing less of amazing. Definitely recommended and would definitely book again.

El lugar es un sueño, está ubicado en la mejor zona de Cancún, donde se pueden ver los colores más bonitos del mar!! La casa está súper niceeee, las vistas son espectaculares, ves todo el tiempo el mar Caribe, además las habitaciones muy cómodas para descansar, los baños súper elegantes y todo sumamente amplio. La zona de la alberca también está genial para nadar, lo recomiendo ampliamente !!!
