We stayed at Ele’s bnb for 10 days in June and we were so glad we picked this bnb. The unit is at such a perfect location and the Sotavento building/complex is great. We normally hang out at Garrafon de Castillo and have always wanted to stay at Sotavento. Finally booked a unit and it was well worth it. The grounds are immaculate, pool was perfect, the parking was convenient in front and down in the parking garage. The views are unbelievable and after staying at multiple units and hotels on the island we will most definitely book this unit again. Several food and convenience store options with in walking distance. The whole building unit is right off the road but the fence and layout of the building was able to mask the keep the vehicle noise down. The gate at the front entrance and the underground parking garage made the place feel very secure. There’s a bathroom down the staircase to the garage and very convenient if you’re out in the pool or hanging outside of the bnb. Great bnb!

Jose was extremely responsive to any hiccups we had. Overall the stay was great, it was perfect for my family. Quiet and peaceful and the Tao Community is just beautiful! Can't wait to go back!

Great apartment and good location I would totally recommend it!!

We were meant to stay for 5 nights but ended up staying for 8! We loved our stay at Luis's! The apartment was lovely, sparkling clean with a comfortable bed. The building was great, the staff friendly and the pool area was stunning and really clean. The gym was also fantastic. Luis even provided beach towels and a second pair of normal towels which we haven't had often during our Airbnb stays and we really appreciated it. Luis was super quick to respond when we asked about a good supermarket and gave helpful information. 100% recommend booking here, don't look anywhere else!

Amazing condo. I’ve stayed at A-BNB all over the world and this was by far the best. The place is gorgeous. Amazing location within the complex. Fully operational kitchen. Even little touches like soap, shampoo, etc made it that nicer. Michelle is a wonderful host and we have already booked again with her. Cannot give this whole experience enough stars!!!!

We had an amazing time! The apartment was great, and the rooftop was incredible. Everything looked just like in the pictures. Olga and Sebastian were very nice, helpful, and always responded quickly. One thing to mention: the roads are very bumpy and not well-developed. We had no issues with this since we were walking and also rented an e-bike--you get used to the roads! It's actually the same throughout the whole area, so if you plan to stay in La Valeta, those roads are the norm.

What a beautiful place! The architect in me was truly taken aback by the unit. It was super clean and tidy. Loved having the outdoor tub to ourselves. My only qualm about this was the muddy road access and the early morning construction from the site next door, everything else was great!

The property is absolutely beautiful. The design of the condo’s promotes a social vibe. I loved how our patio opened up to a pool. One of the coolest designed condos I have ever stayed at.

Amazing! I would definitely come back! If your idea is to be comfortable, I chose this place. It's incredibly beautiful, clean, modern. It has a cochera. Everything is close by, it's all at your fingertips. And the area is very quiet and safe. EXCELLENT PLACE

Such a beautiful view and great location just outside of the Centro. I loved this stay so much and the pool area is amazing. The beach is also a beauty and feels very private and comfortable with lawn chairs and all. It being at walking distance from the Isla Mujeres Ferry (Ultramar) is definitely a PLUS!!!!!!

Very nice place, private, with good acoustics for outside noises, comfortable amenities, the balcony pool really makes the stay worth it.

I loved this place and will definitely stay here again when back in Cozumel! Great space with everything you could need including a large jug of purified water. Great location walking distance to downtown and ample street parking if you rent a vehicle. Very cozy space, quiet area. Truly loved it!

I had an incredible month-long stay at this Airbnb in Tulum’s La Veleta neighborhood. The area is filled with amazing restaurants, all within walking distance. I loved that I could explore the neighborhood entirely on foot—it's very safe and walk-friendly. The experience was everything I hoped for, and I’m already looking forward to coming back soon!

This place was simply magical! Sylvia's service was top-notch, warm and very professional. Everything was impeccably cared for and prepared with dedication for our arrival. The property is extremely cozy and equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. The pool... much better in person than in the photos! The images really don't do it justice. I felt completely safe throughout the stay, and the area is quiet, with restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets just a few minutes away. If I could put into words how incredible this experience was, I would still fall short. If you're looking for accommodation in Cancun, don't think twice: this place is undoubtedly one of the best I've ever stayed in. I have nothing negative to say about how magical it was. A real luxury in every way!

The place is too clean, central, less than 5 minutes from the bus terminal in downtown Cancun, there are restaurants and places nearby and a step away from the public transport route to the beaches, I will return without hesitation

This Airbnb was clean, convenient, private and quiet. It was convenient and close to the ferry , had the R6 bus right outside for easy access to head downtown or head to the beaches. Juan was very knowledgeable and helpful with recommendations of restaurants ,local markets, and attractions nearby. Can’t wait to come back. Ten stars

A quiet place, excellent location and security. If you want a place to relax without having to leave the town, this is an ideal option. In addition to feeling at home. Excellent hosts, we didn't struggle with anything, excellent service. 100% recommended.
