If your looking for peaceful place with beautiful scenery this is the perfect spot. Breakfast, dinner & drink served on location (Not included in price) They don't really responde to Airbnb messages but there is a check in desk there and very friendly staff to help with all of your needs. We stayed for 2 nights and had breakfast both mornings and dinner one evening. The food was great! Cons- This side of the island is ran on generators so air conditioning is only available from 9pm to 9am. The rest of the time open your balcony door to get the ocean breeze! We would stay again. They also offer a day pass for $20 if you want to swim or you can stop in to eat as well without a reservation.

Ms Paty greeted us like long-lost family, she was incredibly attentive, and her top-notch team made our stay unforgettable. It was seriously the best ceviche I've ever tasted! Huge thanks to the chef for creating such a delicious dish.

Nice, clean, great for its closeness to ocean and downtown Cancun. We became expert city bus riders! Only 60 cents to ride the bus downtown. Ocean water was the perfect temperature even though we were here in January. My only complaint would be someone upstairs had a little kid who rose up early in the mornings

Amansala exceeded my expectations in every way. When I first reserved a room through Airbnb, I believed I would be staying in the main resort rather than the nearby "Amansala Chica" sister resort. The check-in agent presented me three options for rooms: one at their main resort, one in Amansala Chica, and one that I could upgrade to for an additional $35 per night at their main resort. Although it wasn't on their main property, I chose the option at Amansala Chica because it was extremely lovely, peaceful and only a short stroll from their excellent restaurant and tranquil lounge/pool area. The rooms were spotless. I was quite impressed that I didn't feel any sand anywhere in my hotel room or on the floor, especially considering that the hotel tracks sand all over the place all day long. Their air conditioning only operates from 9am to 9pm, so if you get overheated easily or detest humidity be ready to pay an additional $25 to have it on continuously. A designated phone number for requests is used by the hotel to communicate with their guests. They answer right away. All you need to do is inquire about any of their many services. My massage and facial with Gabby, who worked out of the Amansala Chica's rooftop spa, were both wonderful. Very attentive staff members work at the beach club and restaurant. Many nutritious options are available on the menu. Additionally, a wide variety of drinks are available, including coffee, Frappuccinos, smoothies, cocktails, and fresh juices. Keep in mind if you book through Airbnb their breakfast package is not included but can be added for an additional $15 a day. I've read a lot of reviews for this resort, and I believe that all of the negative ones were posted by travelers who didn't do their research on the locale and the resort before going. I had some doubts about some of the things I had read, but as soon as I arrived, I immediately felt at ease, and those worries disappeared. Not only did this resort provide service above and beyond my expectations in terms of care, but I also felt really safe here, which is crucial if you're a girl traveling alone. You won't regret your stay at Amansala!

Enjoyed our short trip to Xcalak. The owner was responsive and flexible and the local team were very kind and helpful… and they make awesome food! We were on the fence about having most of our meals there but are really glad we did. They were incredible! Condo was spacious and looked like the pictures but there were a few minor things that needed attention. There was no hand soap for any of the sinks and no drinking water left inside the unit (there were bottles in a cooler at the main dining area but we didn’t know about them until our second day). Power was out both days due to work in the area so they had a generator for use of electricity after 4pm which was appreciated for having AC while sleeping! Looks like they’re doing a lot of improvements so we’re excited to see the changes. Beds were comfortable and pier was amazing for stargazing! We’ll be back!

Florencia really did help us so much- she was so communicative and responded so quickly. She even helped us secure a private tour that was the highlight of the trip.

Acocote Inn is an amazing place. Snorkel to reef heads right from the beach or torture yourself with fly fishing for permit, this place is perfect. Rob, the host, wasn’t there but the caretaker Chucho and his family made us feel right at home. Absolutely no security concerns, peaceful, well located north of town…this place had it all. We’ll be back.

La zona en la que se encuentra ubicado es Justo frente a la Laguna y el balneario municipal, por lo que solo a unos pasos podrás disfrutar de albercas y un deck para acceder a la Laguna. Cerca de muchos restaurantes y puntos de interés a los que podrás acceder a pie. Las instalaciones son buenas, el internet también, cuenta con aire acondicionado lo que se agradece por el calor, también con agua para beber por lo que podrás rellenar tus botellas reutilizables. La limpieza es buena. Lo recomiendo para estancias cortas y largas. Lo mejor fue la atención de su personal, sumamente amables todos y nos ayudaron con servicio de taxis y recomendaciones.

Booked a private room at Mamachá and just felt at home once I walked in. The garden is amazing and pretty, the pool is lovely on hot days. There’s a lot to do in the area and Mamachá gives you the opportunity to recharge when needed. For me personally it was amazing that there are also dorms, which makes it easier to connect with people as a solotraveler. Also, shout out for the help when I needed to go to the farmacia. You’re all so sweet! Would def come back

This was such a wonderful stay! The space looks just like the photos and it is very spacious! The hosts were extremely proactive, responsive, and accommodating. The building is secure and makes you feel like you are right at home. There is a cafe just across the street and everything you could need is within walking distance. Thank you for hosting me in this beautiful space!

My flight arrived later than expected, I missed my shuttle and had to reschedule another, didn’t realize Isla Holbox ferry was almost 3 Hours away from Cancun airport, Saira was accommodating as I arrived several hours later, A Lovely woman was there to meet me and show me to my room, 3rd floor walk up, but What a VIEW ❣️ The room was much bigger than I expected, Very nice, Clean, I slept in the hammock and Cooked in the Full size eat in kitchen produce market is NEXT door❣️ it’s not far from Ferry but you need a taxi with suit cases on a sandy road, it’s about 5 to 6 small Island blocks away from the Center of town and the Main Beach, I Walked and Biked back and forth, it’s just outside of the downtown area kind quiet, tucked away, Four starish restaurants on the corner, Traditional Southern Mexican cuisine close by as well as supermarkets and farms produce, I didn’t need for anything neighbors were Quiet, staff is Extremely Friendly and Helpful, I highly recommend

Lovely hosts and a beautiful place to stay within walking distance of the ferry and central Cozumel. A quiet oasis with beautiful surroundings. Paloma the dog was a highlight.

Great location, walking distance to the centre and a cenote. unfortunately my partner had some respiratory issues while being an asthmatic. When talking to the host he was very responsive and helpful, providing us with another room. overall satisfied with the stay. would recommend

This property saved us, we were booked into another location round the corner and upon arrival late at night were unable to stay due to the noise and mess of the property. At 11pm we booked this hotel and the staff were extremely accommodating and extremely helpful and really saved us in our time of need. I would recommend staying here if you are in Valladolid, it is a short walk from the bus station and a lot of the central town activities. The hosts even ran after us in the morning to provide us with some homemade breakfast to have on the go. It’s the little things that make stays memorable.

Muy cerca del aeropuerto, fue lo que nos hizo reservar este alojamiento en nuestra última noche en Cancún. No fue difícil encontrar el lugar ya que las coordenadas fueron precisas pero es una zona de mucha casa quinta, calles sin pavimentar y no hay mucha limpieza y mantenimiento por parte del municipio, lo que nos dio un poco de ansiedad hasta encontrar el alojamiento. El lugar es bonito, la habitación estaba muy bien y el restaurante que tiene ahí resuelve muy bien la necesidad de comer algo sin tener que salir ya que no hay mucho en la zona, los precios están bien. Nos pidieron un taxi que nos llevó a la madrugada al aeropuerto, todo bien coordinado.
