I loved the stay! The apartment was impeccable, clean, beautiful and extremely functional! The very complete kitchen helped a lot, with all the accessories available for cooking and reducing travel costs! The bedding was comfortable and warm in the cold, and the bathroom had everything you needed! Lots of space to store clothes and objects! It is close to the Irarrázaval subway station and under the building itself there is a grocery store that works until dawn! There are also other larger and very useful markets nearby, as well as being next to the Itália neighborhood, which has many wonderful and not so expensive restaurants! I will definitely rent again when I return to Chile!

The accommodation is as advertised, comfortable with everything you need. The street is a bit noisy and the neighborhood is not so nice, especially at night. To get around, it's easy and practical to take an Uber. Raul was always super nice. Recommended!!! We will be back!

Bernardita was such a great and helpful host. She went over and beyond for us when my wife left her AirPods at the house. She went out of her way to get us the AirPods. She was also very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable during our stay.

Great location in Barrio Italia: restaurants, cafés and bars all just a stone's throw away. The stay at Karina's house was great, the apartment was very nice and clean, the highlight of the apartment is the location, right next to the subway, with everything nearby, really perfect. We stayed in the apartment for about 8 days, and we loved the experience. The property is very close to subway stations, shopping and market, and you can do a lot on foot, it's excellent! The apartment has everything we need for a great stay, such as a stove, microwave and heater! I recommend it!

Everything was very good, spacious bedroom and kitchen, everything was very clean. I would review the shower system and floor of the same, put a little more cutlery and glasses, and update the TV that does not give for more, but everything is perfect, the best value for money.
