A very good stay. Impeccable.

We had a very pleasant surprise when we arrived at the apartment, as it is modern, very clean, and has a super nice decoration! Perfect utensils and Daly is always super helpful, guiding us in everything! We stayed 5 days and left missing our little house in Chile! Certainly, on a return to Chile, that's where we'll choose! A highlight is the bed, which is very comfortable and warm! Waking up and seeing the Andes is priceless! Quiet neighborhood, we feel safe all the time, very family friendly! It's not worth 10, it's not worth 1000!

We stayed five days in Carmen's loft, very comfortable, everything very clean, very comfortable bed, everything was very fragrant. The shower was a very strong and hot delight. The location is close to the market, pharmacy, but it is at least 20 minutes by car from the most talked about restaurants and the Costanera mall. It was a very pleasant week, we loved it.

The apartment was fantastic, with a breathtaking view of the church throughout the apartment, was great to wake up to. It was incredibly comfortable and impeccably clean. I had a wonderful time during my stay. There were a couple of minor inconveniences, like having trouble finding change for the laundry room, but that didn't take away from the wonderful atmosphere of the apartment. It’s definitely a great value for what you get. If you're seeking a vibrant downtown experience, this is the perfect choice for you.

Replace for remote working. Very close to parks and easy to walk to different areas. The street seems a little sketchy, but it’s pretty normal. Everything worked really well very spacious super fast Internet. Very clean.

I loved it! The service was amazing, everything was just like the photos, clean, modern, with lots of amenities. The area is super central, you have everything at hand. There are shopping centers, metro, public transport, there is a direct bus to the airport, restaurants, etc. Very comfortable for the stay, we were able to rest very well. I am very grateful to Rosa and the HOM team. I hope to be back soon ❤️

We loved the stay! The apartment is very nice, very clean and complete, it had everything we needed to feel comfortable. The price was also excellent for the quality offered. The only minor negative note was that it was not possible to make the check-in and check-out times more flexible, which would have helped our logistics a little. Even so, it was a very good experience and we gladly recommend it!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Alejandra's place in Providencia from the moment I arrived, Alejandra made me feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and perfectly located close to restaurants, public transport, and not far from some of the city’s attractions. What truly stood out was the Alejandra attention to detail and genuine hospitality. She checked in to make sure I was comfortable and even helped me navigate a few things in the apartment to get things working. It felt less like a rental and more like staying with a friend who cares. If you're planning a trip to Santiago Chile, I can't recommend this place enough, Five stars service all around.

We felt very good in the space and it was very easy to access. The neighborhood is very quiet, not very busy, but also close to tourist spots and the subway. They were very helpful, gave tips and responded very quickly. I would definitely recommend.

The loft is spectacular! Everything is very clean, new and spotless. The unbeatable location, well connected, safe and quiet but with a lot of gastronomic offer nearby. Abi and Rodrigo were very kind and cared about the smallest detail, managing to give a 5-star experience. Style, equipment, communication!! I'll be back every time I travel to Chile! Very cozy, comfortable and clean place, as described in the publication, he also took care to have everything you need to get to the apartment, such as coffee, tea, sugar, equipped bathroom ready to use, these small gestures make the arrival at the place very pleasant and certainly make you want to return.

I booked this apartment based on previous reviews and the photos as i wanted some good views in the morning and evening of the sunrise and sunset. I was not disappointed. I didn't even check out the swimming pools or gym but i would happily rebook to stay here again when i am next passing through Santiago. The apartment was beautiful, the location felt really safe and there is a plenty of shops, cafe and restaurants within a short walk from there. Highly recommended and have already recommended to friends or colleagues if they happen to be in Santiago anytime. Thanks again Andrés for a pleasant stay.
