Large and spacious apartment, with all the necessary amenities, clean and cozy. It has heating, which is very important for cold days. The host Carla is very kind and responds promptly. Excellent location, with a market and subway nearby. Very beautiful region.

Nice place with great location, but a little bit noise

Very good location, in a very quiet neighborhood and nice view. The apartment is very well equipped, especially the kitchen. The only area for improvement would be the bed, which was not in very good condition. The air conditioning helps a lot on hot days. Overall, a comfortable and recommended stay.

Spacious apartment, right in the center of the city and close to the metro and supermarkets. Enough for a weekend! On one side of the mattress is a bit deep, but it does not make the bed uncomfortable. I had trouble coordinating the wifi on TV and the host was ready to resolve the issue.

If you have a concert at the Movistar Arena, I recommend this accommodation, given how close and safe it is. Everything described by the host is what you will find when you arrive at the apartment. Comfortable, clean, good size and with everything you need for a multi-day stay. Special mention to Mr. Miguel for that wonderful library with diverse and interesting texts.

The stay was excellent, we were 5 people and it was very comfortable for us. The area is very quiet and the scenery is beautiful. It is fully equipped with everything necessary and Alejandro was very attentive and clear with all his instructions. We'll probably be back in the future!

The place was very comfortable, we were only one night and it was good. We made use of the parking lot without problems and the person at the reception very friendly.

The stay is exactly like in the pictures, excellent location, comfortable and ample apartment. Maria José is a great host, she was always available and worried, left subway cards, treats and the apartment super clean and tidy. It has everything in the stay, many dishes, glasses, pots, cutlery, toaster, coffee shop, rain guard, children's games, dryer… in short, all the necessary accessories for a great stay. Just below the building has a cafeteria, mini market and shopping mall, among other shops are just a few steps away. No complaints to make, only compliments of both the host and the host. Super recommend!!

The stay at Ale's apartment was excellent. She was flexible at both check in and out. Ricardo received us personally at the appointed time. The apartment was clean and organized. I found the bed a little deep, but it did not harm the sleep. The pillows, linen and towels are of good quality and were clean. The bathroom is good with a good shower too. The location is perfect, with several bars, restaurants, fast foods, pharmacies... near. Metro station, currency exchange, Costanera Mall, all close by. We did all walking or subway tours. Underneath the building has a wonderful cafeteria! I recommend the Ale apartment and intend to return soon.

Wonderful host, very attentive and always willing to help. The apartment is amazing, there were useful things to help you, such as shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper. There were also things in the kitchen that help a lot, such as salt and oil. Not to mention that the apartment looks like a doll's house, everything is tidy, beds with clean blankets, bathroom water and taps very hot, there were two heaters that helped a lot on cold days. Anyway, I highly recommend this apartment. Mainly because of the attention the hostess gave us, for feeling welcomed, check in and checkout were super flexible. Choose this apartment without fear.

Great place and felt like home.

If you come for a walk and shopping, this apartment is for you. It is super close to the best mall in Chile and the area is very nice, there are several places to eat, the subway is close to get around to different places. It is equipped with just what is necessary, the heating is by radiant earthenware and that was wonderful for these cold days.

Raúl was an excellent host. 100% recommended. He gave me very useful information and we had a very fluid conversation at all times. He was very kind to let us leave later than check-out time. I definitely recommend it for a family vacation. I would definitely come back!

Very comfortable apartment. Same as the photos. We stayed with 3 friends for the Santiago Marathon and the area is a success, just for the race! A lot of security in the building, which is good. Thank you for everything
