The second time I stay in the apartment, it feels like home, it has everything you need for several days of stay, walking 5-7 min from the entrance to the national stadium in the back area where the contact center is, you can walk safely in the area.

Great host, quiet and very responsive. We received all the instructions correctly and the stay was very quiet. The space is very beautiful, very comfortable and super quiet. With a great view. Super recommend!!

Staying at Loreto’s was like being at home. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend staying there.

Luisa was very nice. She was attentive to us throughout our stay, with recommendations and instructions for taking transportation. The bed is very comfortable! It has many blankets in case the temperature drops. The sofa bed is not so comfortable, I would not recommend sleeping there. The space looks small but is very comfortable.

Everything is impeccable, very cozy and the host responds quickly to questions and queries. An excellent place to go back to.

Claudia is very attentive and always ready to provide the help you need. The apartment is very nicely located, you can walk to the center in 5 minutes. It has two air conditioners, in the living room and in the bedroom, which is appreciated since it is quite hot in summer. The kitchen is very complete, oven, stove, refrigerator with freezer, you can cook without problems with the utensils it has, lots of storage space. The dining table is a bit small. The bedroom has a desk and office chair, you can work without problems, and the wifi works very well. It has a large closet. The bathroom is bright and comfortable. Although the bedroom windows have double glazing, it does not silence the noise of the traffic, which is abundant at all times as the street, highway and train pass by, but you end up getting used to it. The bed was very comfortable. If you use the garage, make sure you have internet on your cell phone. In short, a great option to spend a few days.

Everything was excellent. Very good location, very safe area and building. The apartment is super practical. The cool desk for my son who had to keep online classes. It has a hairdryer. Nearby subway stations and supermarket. We hope to return soon! Thank you ☺️

The experience at the accommodation was spectacular. Karen very kindly responded to my needs both at check-in and check-out. I even coordinated the change of the water heater in just the right time to make my stay the best. And so it was! The apartment is comfortable and well located. Close to everything

This place worked great for my month-long stay in Santiago. I'll just point out a few highlights of the apartment that were of particular importance to me: - Fast and reliable internet. I work online with lots of videoconferencing and had no problems. - Clean and modern, with a comfortable bed - A metro station about 30 meters out of the apartment door. I didn't originally plan on using the metro very often, but it ended up being a lot more useful than I thought - Cristian is very responsive if you have any questions. Thanks for the great stay, I really enjoyed my time in Chile!

Perfect accommodation, great location and the space is very good! Bathroom with a very hot shower, comfortable bed, all faucets with heated water. Very close to the Santa Lúcia subway station and many markets in the vicinity.

Staying at Felipe's place was the best part of our trip. I'm sure that if we had stayed anywhere else, we wouldn't have had the same experience in Santiago. We spent 8 days there, taking our time to explore and enjoy the neighborhood — it was amazing! And the view from the balcony is absolutely stunning!
