Very nice garage apt behind our home on .75 acre in upscale neighborhood. 8 min from Royse city Tx. 18min from Rockwall tx and 12 min from from Greenville tx. You will be staying in a safe gated private property. The apt is upstairs above a double garage were we the host live on property. We have a fenced area for a dog if you bring one with you. We have sound proof the apt upstairs from our downstairs apt we use ourselves.

WIFI, Board games, Washer/Dryer, Kitchen with granite counter tops, microwave, pots & pans, plates, and silverware. At the back of the property, there is NO lake access, but there is a wonderful lake view and an inlet from the lake. NO pets allowed. If a pet is brought onto the property there will be a $200 fee.

The home is beautiful and conveniently located by the lake. Also its a short drive to any amenities like restaurants, wal mart, and bait stores. Fishing off of the dock behind the house was exceptional. Neighborhood is very quiet. The home had everything that met our needs. Will definitely come back

The property was immaculately maintained, and the real stars of the show were the adorable goats and 3 friendly dogs that roamed the premises. They added so much joy and character to my stay. The accommodation itself was cozy and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Justin was an excellent host, responsive to our needs, and provided wonderful recommendations for local exploration. The peaceful surroundings, combined with the playful company of the goats and dogs, made for a perfect retreat from the city. I felt right at home and left with huge smiles on my face. Highly recommend this charming property to anyone looking for a tranquil and memorable stay with a touch of rural charm!"

The stay was amazing. Great view of the lack with a private dock. It was the perfect place for our family to gather for Father’s Day weekend. The outside area is well set up for the family to hangout. The enclosed sunroom with its own ac is so beautiful. Hosts were super helpful with any questions we had. We will definitely stay there again.

Amazing hosts and hospitality!! Provided so many lovely snacks and travel essentials, and was very quick with responses. The location was very quiet and peaceful. There was a storm in the area, so the backup generator was a life-saver! The shower was wonderful and beautifully designed as well, would love to stay again!
