This park offers over 400 acres and 1655 acres of land to explore complete with a beach. Our State Park is one of the original canal feeder lakes with more than eight miles of hiking trails that follow a portion of the Miami-Erie Canal. Kayaking is a big hit at Lake Loramie also! You notice the Amish craftsmanship as soon as you arrive. You are surrounded by 80 acres of manicured woods and a huge yard. The environment is welcoming. The atmosphere is warm. Our home was built in 1868, we have had a lot of fun breathing new life into this old beauty. We are a work in progress. You will find vision boards on what are goals for preserving this old but beautiful place. The decor is very comfortable and relaxing. We are within walking distance to great restaurants, coffee shops, antique stores, and clothing boutiques.
