All the instructions were very clear for the arrival as well as the departure, very nice apartment with a breathtaking view of the sea. However, if you are looking for peace and quiet, the road is busy and there are a lot of motorcycles! It didn't bother us, but I think it should be mentioned. We'll be back for sure!

Small functional apartment very well located facing the bay, very good bedding and very well equipped kitchen. Jeanine is very responsive and provides you with perfect information. A very good plan for a getaway on the island of a few days or more to enjoy the calm before the summer tourist rush.

Great quirky, spacious, 3rd floor attic flat with high-quality modern fitout, interesting beams and angular walls. Good views of the boats in the harbour. Well-located within a 20-minute walk to the old town and a few minutes' walk from a range of excellent restaurants, near the head of the harbour. Underground paid parking opposite is expensive; however, free on-street parking is available 10 minutes walk away most days. No lift but good stairs. We enjoyed it very much.

Very close to the beach as well as shops, restaurants etc... town center with the big market on Sunday morning 15 minutes' walk. Possibilities to park the car for free nearby and do everything on foot ;) i recommend it. Perfect place for 2 people

We had a great stay in Larmor-Baden. The house is spacious in a very quiet and relaxing environment, not a sound, with a very soothing sea view. The shaded terrace is spacious and well-equipped, we are close to the village of Larmor-Baden.

Excellent stay in this very nice welcoming house with a magnificent sea view from the living room sofa, a very nice and large garden. As in the photos. The accommodation is very clean and large. Good point for the location with the beach 5 min walk in a quiet residential area. We enjoyed being able to visit Guérande, Carnac, La Baule all ready.

Functional accommodation for 2 people with a balcony that leads to the Perello beach and the surrounding rocks. Ideal for lovers of the sea. Walking along the coastal path, after 10 minutes, you will find excellent restaurants, and all the local shops. Ideal for lovers of hiking. In addition, Raphaël was really nice. Excellent stay with a neat welcome. For hiking lovers, the accommodation is located at the foot of the GR, beautiful walks with a magnificent landscape. We will come back without hesitation.
