Holiday rentals with a patio in Quiaios

The place is simply wonderful, it is close to the beach and is much better than you imagine from the photos. The place is very nice, modern, clean and you can control everything from your cell phone. Quite modern, if I had to go back I wouldn't think twice about staying at this place again. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and chocolates. If you don't book here, you'll miss out on a spectacular place!!!

Cute little cottage. Location was awesome, 2 minutes from the beach but also not directly on the beach so it was nice and quiet. Cleanliness was good. Parking is possible right outside the door in a huge parking lot. But it may also be full in the high season. He was very empty with us. In September, there were a lot of bars, etc. Which was a bit unfortunate but also understandable. Beach was very clean and completely empty. For the essentials there are two small supermarkets. But we drove to Tocha for shopping. We had little contact with Catia. But when we wrote, she responded within a minute. Overall, we felt comfortable and will certainly come back ;)

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is lovingly decorated, very comfortable, and well equipped – especially the kitchen and bathroom. It’s also in a quiet area with an absolutely perfect location. Our hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. When my partner lost his wallet, they went above and beyond to support us – making phone calls, driving us to the train station, and helping us until we got it back. On our departure day, they even let us leave our luggage until the evening, which was a huge help. Highly recommended – we would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time at Olga's place. I think it was much better than if we had stayed down on the strip by the beach. It was private and quiet, and the terrace view was wonderful. Olga's place is up the hill from the beach, and on the third floor of the building. We ended up doing a lot of walking which was great. Olga was super helpful and responsive. She has fans for the bedroom, which was really nice, and the kitchen had everything we needed for three nights of cooking. We'd stay here again if we come back to Nazare.

We spent 5 nights at Ana Rita's apartment. It was a real home from home with everything you could need. It was spotlessly clean with a fully fitted kitchen, heating/aircon and washing machine. It is on the 3rd floor and there are some stairs to climb to reach it, but it has great views over the water. Ana Rita very kindly let us check in early, and recommended some great restaurants really close to the apartment. We enjoyed the many walking trails close by and visited Aveiro, Coimbra and Costa Nova. It was a great location and we would love to come back.

Great place to stay for a few days. Well decorated, clean and comfortable

It was a very nice cottage, small, but everything was in good material, nice shower, nicely decorated with nice wood details. We slept wonderfully with the windows open and the sound of the river, otherwise it was completely quiet at night. Outside nice terraces, wonderfully seated with our feet in the river, a fantastic environment, completely unobstructed views at the back of the house and a lovely hamlet. We walked every day for half an hour to Gois, a beautiful village with river and delicious pastries at the paladeria. We thought it was very nice!

We liked everything in the house, nothing to point out! Calm and rural location. Great for a vacation. Very friendly hosts, attentive and available for any eventuality. They left us a welcome gift. Impeccable! Flexibility at checkout. Extremely clean and organized house. Fully equipped kitchen. Very nice pool and with the possibility of using the outside toilet. They have a wonderful porch for family meals on hot days. We have nothing negative to point out. Thanks to the hosts for this wonderful stay

My family very much enjoyed this unique and calm location in a refurbished mill house. There is a boardwalk across the road that brings you to the village. David was responsive and helpful. Would gladly return.

yes, the owners helped us a lot to find the house. the environment was super peaceful. the house was very clean and great to stay. its rustic structure offered a wonderful accommodation experience. they ran for everything we needed and nothing was missing. we stayed safely and peacefully. In the morning, we greeted the day in our age, which opened towards the rice fields, we had breakfast with what they left for us and we walked on the beautiful streets and discovered nature. There are also instructions at home. Thank you

We just stayed at Martine’s accommodation and It was perfect we got to enjoy the pool as weather was hot it’s very close to Tomar and also close enough to Sanctuary of Our Lady of Fátima We really enjoyed our stay and Martine was lovely very accommodating and making sure everything was ok for us I Highly recommended this accommodation

Apartment with a very quiet location. Very clean and with everything you need to spend a few days relaxing as a family. Sea views from the house and very close to the beach. The kids really enjoyed the pool. Afonso and Luis, the hosts are very friendly and willing. 100% recommended!

This apartment is simply a gem! Comfortable, modern, cosy - supplied with everything you might need even for a long stay. One of the advantages for me was heating option, as during time of my stay it wasn't warm outside. The location is perfect - quiet beautiful neighbourhood + nice views. Supermarkets are in walkable distance. Also you can hear the sound of waves during night, even with closed windows. And waking up to a view of the ocean from your window - it's something I could trade my soul for 😅 I definitely want to come back again and stay longer next time. Also very fast and pleasant communication with the hosts - I appreciate that. Overall, book this place with no hesitation, I'm 100% sure you'll enjoy your stay.

We lived with our family of four with Joana and Fabian during the summer vacation with our family of four and felt at home from the first moment of personal welcome. The property is a great combination of spacious, bright and very clean apartment on the first floor of the architect villa with large terrace and a huge pool with extra pool house in the garden. Everything is well equipped. The beaches in the area are stunningly beautiful, a large supermarket just minutes by car. We would have loved to stay longer and can highly recommend the accommodation and the hosts. Thank you so much for a great time with you!

I love this house and I love Nazare. You can see the ocean from the kitchen window, and the view outside the living room is fantastic. The bed is very comfortable. I'll try to come back if I get the chance.

The place was clean, cozy, and perfectly located near great restaurants and popular tourist spots! It had the charming feel of a traditional home, but with a stylish modern twist!

Agnès Et Régis’s apartment was wonderful! It was everything and more than we expected! The location and views of the ocean and the lagoon were beyond compare! Walkable to trails as well as beach front paths. The sunsets were so beautiful. It is very central to most all the "must see's" in Portugal. The kite boarding was also spectacular. Agnès communicated very well, gave us perfect location, and met us right at the garage to let us in and walked us through the in's and out's of the place which was very helpful. She was so friendly and respectful. The apartment was just as advertised and in beautiful condition! Very clean. We would love to go back and stay at their place again!
