The location was great and the maid in the house was very kind, she helped us whenever we needed. Juan was very communicative and made booking easy.

Everything was in order, marvelous hot shower and complete amenities. Very responsive host. Top notch location too.

We had an amazing stay!!! 🤩🤩🤩🎉 This property is amazing! We stayed there for 2 days we only brought ourselves and a couple of clothes. They have everything we need! We have children and i can say that the house is kids friendly. The house is super clean and the host (Sir Chris) is very very very accommodating and friendly, if we need anything he’s one text away. Definitely staying there again and i’m really looking forward to it! ✅ Highly recommended!

Kim is TRULY A SUPERHOST❤️she even went out of her way to help us with transportation. The place is a sanctuary in the middle of busy Malate and you will not be able to hear any noise once you’re in your room. We feel very safe and well taken care of by the host. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to be in Manila. Everything you need is right there such as great restaurants to eat and shopping places. One of my favorite AIR BNB ever! I am coming back! Thank you Miss beautiful Kim and your co-host who woke up at 4am to get us our ride to the airport!

You won't even thought that there's an Airbnb like this in the Metro, near the mall, very accessible. The caretakers were kind and accommodating, always ready to answer your inquiries and requests. Nate is very responsive, you can expect him to answer your queries right away. I like their kitchen, they have provided everything you need from plates to utensils. They also provided mineral water and the use of the gas stove is for free. Excellent experience, worth recommending. We enjoyed their amenities, billiards, darts, air hockey, and also the Videoke. The rooms were also nice, hope you will have rooms at the ground floor for Seniors who can no longer go upstairs. Overall rating excellent. 👍

We loved the bright, open modern design of the place. There was plenty of room for several people to stay in comfort. Gated community and a walled in yard so very safe. It was very clean and well maintained. The outdoor patio area is large and great for parties and the pool is very nice, the kids loved it. There are 2 large malls within a few minutes so it is a good location. Would definitely love to stay here again and highly recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay here! The place was spotlessly clean and very neat. The host was also very friendly and responsive to all our inquiries. We had a great stay and felt right at home! The unit was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. It had all the essentials we needed, such as towels, slippers, shampoo, body wash, and complete kitchen utensils, including a rice cooker. We also loved the little extras that made the stay even more enjoyable, like the playing cards, karaoke, and the smart TV with Netflix and other entertainment apps. Ms. Jess was such a responsive and accommodating host. Communication was smooth from start to finish, and everything was ready for us when we arrived.

Really smooth check-in. Instructions were clear and you won't have a problem at the lobby. Joel provides 2 pairs of slippers which is very helpful just consider cleaning it before and after use for hygiene purposes. Cooking and dining tools are provided with rice cooker and an electric kettle. No toothbrush and toothpaste, so bring/buy your own. Shampoo and soap provided in dispensers. There are lots of storage just explore them and put to good use.

We had a great time during our stay! We enjoyed singing karaoke and playing card games. It was nice that we were allowed to cook since most condo units don’t usually let guests use gas for cooking. It would have been better if there were some basic condiments available. The washing machine, iron, and blow dryer were really useful. We were seven adults, so the living and dining areas felt a bit small to move around in. We also noticed there weren’t any cabinets for storage. But overall, it was a fun and enjoyable experience!

The place was spotlessly clean and felt so welcoming from the moment we arrived. The location couldn’t have been better. Just a short distance to popular malls, restaurants, and cafes. I loved how spacious the apartment was, with plenty of room to lounge around, eat, & work. The view from the apartment was great, and I absolutely loved the modern industrial interior design. So stylish and comfortable! Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting the area.

The location is fantastic and ideal for families. Due to the proximity of two grocery stores and the high level of safety, everything is convenient. The three days I spent with the family were worthwhile because the place is sterile, clean, and has highly user-friendly appliances. I will definitely make another reservation when I return to the Philippines, and I heartily suggest this accommodation. Communication with our host was remarkable. Not only very clear with instructions, but they were highly responsive and flexible. Their place had many to offer, with air-conditioning in every part of the house, and all things to get started. There was an amazing courtyard on the ground level that had such a lively community with so many different activities happening. The place was designed so well that wind/air was trapped and kept the courtyard quite cool and breezy. Love the place, the host's hospitality and the community

This is the most affordable Airbnb unit on this area. Very good location near malls and Araneta Coliseum. The unit itself is clean. Readily available are kitchen utensils, towels, soaps, and blankets available. Disney+ subscription available on the TV. Good view from the balcony. Sir Wilson himself welcomed us into the unit. Thanks to him for allowing us for a late checkout. He is also quick to reply to messages. There is an additional fee for swimming pool access to be paid at the admin office. Overall good experience at this unit.

Our stay at Mabel's place was great, and we plan to book this place again in the future. The host was very accommodating and kind. The place is great for couples and friends who want to enjoy a chill staycation.

Great place to stay, the place is very clean including the bathrooms and kitchen. It has all essential amenities, interior design is very well done and there are a few restaurants less than 5min drive away as a bonus. This is top value for money. Highly recommended

The place was great, it has good restaurants nearby. And it also has a convenience store at the ground floor. Staffs were nice. Would recommend for peeps who wanna unwind at the center of the metro. 10/10

We had a wonderful time! The atmosphere of the place was cozy with a touch of fantasy, exactly the atmosphere a hobbit hole should have. All of the little touches made it clear that this place was created with love and attention to detail. It would take too long to list all of the touches that I enjoyed, but here are a few! There’s a faux fireplace, Moria/Rohan/Lorien designs painted on the doors, numerous little Tolkien quotes painted in various corners, painted trees inside the bathroom, LOTR font used for labeling the light switches, a bluetooth speaker made to look like an old-fashioned radio, and even the electric kettle visually looked old-fashioned and cozy. We’re very happy that we got to experience staying here!
