Absolutely excellent stay! The place was 100% just like the photos, with a beautiful modern design and great interior decor. It was spotless, smelled fresh, and had a cozy hotel-like vibe. Check-in was super easy, and the host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Totally worth the price—highly recommended!

I have a great time staying here, everything is accessible church, public market, 7/11, public transport is right outside the place, sm north Edsa is 18 mins walking distance. The place itself is clean, everything is in place, kitchen is well equipped, drinking water is provided, anything you need for your convenient stay Is provided. And most of all the one I had been so thankful for they allow me to do early checkin at no extra cost. The host are so responsive and accommodating. Surely if the need arises I would like to book and stay again @ their place.

Extremely clean, interior design is great and the view of the city and sunset was amazing. Kitchen has everything you need to cook and clean up after yourself but you need to bring your own seasonings or buy some in Century Mall. If you dont feel like cooking then you have just about every kind of food within walking distance or via delivery. Even El Chupacabra is in walking distance which is a must try place if you love Mexican food. The wife and I enjoyed our stay and will be returning again in the near future.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was well-maintained, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to SM North Edsa. I rented this place because I had an event to attend to at the Skydome. The best part was the host—Sir Percie was incredibly responsive, always available to answer questions or provide assistance, which made the entire experience stress-free. On top of that, the price was incredibly affordable for the quality of the apartment. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, budget-friendly stay with excellent customer service!👍👍

My husband and I had amazing stay at Danilo's place. He is also very responsive. Every detail inside the unit was perfect from the stylish furnishings moroccan inspired and the balcony view was absolutely stunning a perfect spot to relax. I had a wonderful stay at Jeremy’s place. For budget travelers or those who would like to immerse in Manila living, this place would be ideal. It is clean, free of clutter, and is walkable to everything. Bear in mind there is no A/C, or fridge, but you probably won’t be able to find any apartment that is of a better value than this. It worked fine for me, especially with the peace of mind Jeremy has given me, always responsive, courteous, a problem solver—one of the best airbnb hosts If I’m in the area again, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The place is awesome! Would definitely stay here again if needed. Location is on point. Restaurants and shops are walking distance. However, the steam from the shower in the master’s bedroom always triggered the smoke alarm. There has been frequent visit from the admin thinking we’ve cooked something.

The place is nice and beautiful in person! I highly recommend this to my friends and family. There some things I want to suggest, tho. - More Floormats as the floor becomes so slippery when get wet. - Instead of thin linen, invest of having bigger and thicker "kumot" for comfort when sleeping. - Black Towels are highly advisable. The towels look old and used for years already. - Wood Kitchen utensils instead of plastic. There were stains. Overall, the place is cozy and great for its price. The host and co-host are responsive. 🤍

My family stayed in the unit most of the time while I did meetings outside. Overall, there were no complaints from them and the kids loved the place especially the bathtub. We had to extend an additional night and Christia was super helpful to arrange another unit for us. If there’s anything to recommend is to upgrade cleaning tools as some are already worn out. Nonetheless, it was a place worth every penny for us or even more. We would be considering to go back to this place when we go to Manila. Kudos!

A good place to stay when you’re in the metro. Felt like home and the place has a lot of food options nearby. The hosts are proactive and give clear instructions for checkin and checkout. I would love to stay again in this place in the near future.

Thompson responds quickly and keeps everything clean. I especially love their chair massage - its so relaxing and definitely my favorite! I just hope they can improve the heater in the bathroom, since the water is still cold when you shower, as if there's no heater at all. But overall, everything else is great. Thank you Thompson!
